If the Rokh would have been a missile boat, THAT would have been idiotic, as it would just obsolete the Raven. As it stands, Caldari have by far the best selection of battleships, one for every role of they're race; a EW boat, a missile boat, and a rail boat.
Think you better stick to the minmatar ships. A bit ignorant to see the caracal as a gunboat.
I suppose pointing this out to you for the third time is a waste of space, but the caracal is tier 2. Just like the raven.

Listen to the man he knows...raven is already the missile boat why would you want another? I meen all the other races got totally new tier 3's too. Take the abbaddon for example its a totally redesigned idea for amarr. Laser rof AND resistance sheesh noone saw that coming. And minmatar..holly heck 8 arti's doing the same damage as a tempy... and the gal get a totally new ship a blaster boat... I mean yeah I guess the caldari did get the shaft eh. A new type of ship... lets change all the caldari ships into raven variations. (for thoes still in confusion I am joking)

yeah exactly caldari already have a missile boat so of course their tier 3 couldnt be just like the tier two but a little bit different.... that would be ridiculous, what would be the point of having a tier three then? (I do agree with you on this) wait a second... What about the hyperion and the megathron then? megathron... its a blasterboat/rail platform... hyperion... its a ... blasterboat/rail platform.. wait a second? wtf?

Which idiot decided that? I would have agreed if the Amarr Tier 3 was a missile boat but this is plain stupid!

caldari rail BS is a great idea, not only does it boost the fleet abilities for caldari players but it will make for a nice passive tanker BS that follows in the tradition of the Ferox battlecruiser.

Shield tank (passive? Where the heck is pottsey?) in the mids.
Istabs + nanos in the lows.
What the heck does the Rokh need 4 launchers for with 8 turrets?
...And can the Typhoon get 6/6 turret/launcher love?

Rokh nos / launcher setups with its resits make it stupidly powerfull and needs to be nerfed to oblivion.
I'd say kill two launcher slots on the rokh, give them to apoc ;).
Also remove some luancher slots on ferox and add maybe another turret one.
Anyhow seriously you caldari guys need to stop whining, the Rokh is THE BS in eve now, lets look at what we've got shall we?
Best tanker in the game bar none right now, longest range sniper ship in the game bar none too right now, even with its resists up close you can fit blasters or the nos / launcher combo and own all other BS simply due to outlasting them.
Not to mention it looks really really really pretty... oh also now you're "Imba ECM" crap has been limited to basicly Caldari only... and **** lets not even get started on the moronicness of the drake and HAM's.
