Can we please get this fixed and sorted. I have friends coming over tonight to get interested in Eve and have been touting this tournament and EVE TV.
Can't very well show them the tournament like this now can I?

This stream is horrible, its almost as bad as the lag in EVE during fleet combat.

Got same problems as everyone else. Having to buffer every few seconds so its unwatchable. Do the stream properly or not at all. |

Not even sure if its still on or not as the buffering ? throws me back to the original screen.
So yah - im not a happy bunny..
(Thought for the day - a broadcasting schedule somwhere might be convenient?)
REVELATIONS - too much new content at once reveals a weakness in CCPs ability to handle an MMORPG.

If you refresh the web page so that the Player app reloads, the buffering problems seem to go away.
My guess is that the stream servers were having problems with network balancing, and that the Player can only update its connection when the app starts, not while its already open. Their servers aren't used to the entire EVE community bearing down on them and the load gradually built up.
Just refresh the page whenever you start having buffer problems and the player will reconnect to a stream with less load.
Can't wait for tomorrow's broadcast

Nice try...didn't work....for more than a few minutes. If you look at my signature, you'll see the last fanfest running perfectly in the viewer of MY choice with eve and other things going. This in-browser crap? Not tuning in again unless flash is OUT of the picture.

Well i refreshed refreshed and refreshed again for about an hour and gave up. I was so disapointed I was unable to watch most of it after the initial match, it was that bad. The cruel irony was, the only match i did manage to watch was the one in which my alliance m8's got bbq'd. I opted for the free option as i'm poor atm. I didn't really feel it was an option though more an advert for the one you pay for lol. Might be better in the next round maybe.

It's working for one in my corp (in germany), but everyone else has no connection. Me included and I am in germany as well. Kinda strange.

Yeah it is crap cuz we have friends fighting and we cannot see them. Can we get a fix on this PLEASE!!!!
I like the way it was during the last tourny. You could choose what region you were in and stream video from there. Leave it to ccp to fix something that isnt broke  
saddest day in EVE by far is when my sec rating went positive..(but not anymore)......*giggles* |

Reloading the page every so often to see if it comes back but nothing, doesn't even start to buffer.
Very annoying.
