You haven't issued it or accepted it so it's not in my contracts. It's private so it doesn't show under the station/system/region views.
And yes it's a lil non intuitive which is why theres a mail in our alliance mailbox explaining how to find it.

I couldn't really comment on your intelligence but we have dedicated salvage piolts in this neighbourhood, they clean up all the belt rats produced by mining ops and follow the mission runners around. Destroyer seems to be a popular ship as components are small and a destroyer can fit 4 tractors and 4 salvagers. Also if you ask nice they'll throw all your loot into a can for you so looting is much easier. Perhaps you just live in a bad neighbourhood.

Futher to this the salvage piolts we have swear that it's an awesome profession and seem to be much happier salvaging that mission running or mining.
