So...we have some sort of thread started by an alt, about someone we really could care less about, using mechanics that may or may not be legal, and this is running on assumptions?

Not if you clearly advertised your corp as a highly active PvP corp so that players joining you knew what they were in for.

The corp I'm talking about spams newbies in rookie systems with a recruitment ad that boasts its 0.0% tax rate as in incentive to join. It's not the same thing.

I'm not going to change my previous post Ralph, and here's why. After my last post in this thread I logged in and checked both of the war reports of the dec between your alliance and the corp in question (your alliance has decced this corp twice, and no you're not the only ones to dec them).

Out of the current total of 114 kills by your alliance against this corp, literally every single victim apart from one was created in July 2015. The other one was created in June. Your alliance is deccing players that are less than a month old - as are the other corps/alliances.

Now, to me there is something very strange about this. The sheer numbers of new players in this corp falling victim to the deccers are not normal. Just look at the losses. My suspicion is that the corp was created as a trap for new players so deccers could shoot them like fish in a barrel, and let's be honest, that's what you and other deccers have been doing. That's why you decced them a second time just days after scoring over 100 kills against them.

And don't pretend you never check the players you're podding. You - and I mean everyone who decced them - knew you were killing new players. You probably didn't know they were recruited in noob systems, maybe some did, I can't say. But it looks like some serious rookie griefing is going on here - and will continue to go on as long as you guys keep shooting them - and I have left it to the GMs to sort out.
