The first deciphering my mind threw out was that . replaced P, making the message "CCP Supply Epavan", which only makes sense after snorting some .ercocet.

They're attempting to crack a code... I can see an extraneous "e" being in error to open things up to guessing a little more.

You're right, I was being too literal and assuming that the elements we had were legitimate when they could well be deliberately "fuzzy".

I guess it could also be "CCP Supply Rapevan" but I'm pretty sure that's an event I'm NOT interested in attending.

The Eula has changed multiple times since that. You could have declined it and get your money refund in addition to leaving. Hence you either failed to properly look for way out OR enjoy crying on the forums. Choose which category you wish to fall into; ignorant puppet or drama queen.

CCP Supply Caravan?

This must be the event that results in the seeding of the BPOs for the new... wait... I've said too much...

Caravan Event hosted by CCP, indeed. Not sure about BPO's, but by my information, there will be a caravan event.
How do I know? Well, here I was sitting in a station spinning my ship for the 47th revolution when I opened the map on a whim.

Now, I had the filter still on Stations in systems during my visit to nullsec, and being in Caldari space, the map was centered near the CCP region. I mouse over RU-97T system. I click on the info for Magic Land, then open up the CCP Corporation info. Just browsing around, I click on the attributes tab and notice the CEO and Founder CCP Hellmar. What do I do here? For some reason I immediately thought of beer. But that passed in a near instant when I clicked on the info button and here I see something interesting. Up at the top, CCP Hellmar's title is: one, Caravan Event. Hmm, Caravan Event? Could this mean he's effectively signed himself up via title to be a part of some sort of Caravan Event to let others in the CCP Corporation know that he's signed up? Perhaps. Let's check other CCP'ers!

So that's what I did. Next I checked CCP Abraxas. Caravan Event. Hmm. I think I see a pattern here. Let's check more to confirm!
4P's, Abathur, Abracadabra, (skipping a few here), CCP Arkanon. Ok, that's all the CCP names that start with A that show up. Because I'm lazy, I decide to search for more CCP names: CCP Phantom, (Caravan Event), CCP Dropbear (Caravan Event), CCP Punkturis (Caravan Event).
I do believe there is going to be some sort of "Caravan Event".

TL;DR - Somehow found myself looking at CCP Hellmar's info screen, saw Caravan Event in title. Confirmed Caravan Event is also title for many other CCP'ers. Caravans of freighters, industrials, newbie ships, all carrying many, many (enter preferred unit of measurement here) of alcohol, perhaps? Or something else interesting? Oh, maybe freighters protected by CCP ships that we gotta fight through to get to the crunchy goodness that is within possible CCP freighters!

The really sad part is how these events completely forget that there's a whole wormhole community out there in advanced null space, not just the mega-alliances in lesser-null.

If you bought 10 years worth of plex and applied them to your account, then quit due to disagreement with EULA, they would refund your remaining gametime (ie 10 years) in RL Money??
