Do CCP staff get christmas off???

4rc4ng3L Gallente C R Y O	Posted - 2006.12.07 10:00:00 - [1] Just curious to whether or not CCP have peeps working during Christmas incase anything would go wrong(unlikely as it is ) with the servers etc??? I think id feel better knowing that there are some unlucky employee's chained to the walls catering for our every need, EVEN during Christmas! Seriously though, take time off, this patch has been the most stable so far, you guys all deserve a break! Death is the only true freedom, brought on by our own ignorance.... Welcome to the "free" world in which we live...

Ye, I think CCP deserves a great christmas vacation too, altough I personally think they should steer away from some of the "traditional" food they got on Iceland. Cant remember what its called, but it surely cant be healthy.. When it comes to work, im sure they have some guard duty and call-outs ready for emergencies. just let us hope that Mr. Murphy celebrates christmas too..

Tachy	Posted - 2006.12.07 10:24:00 - [6] The GM team used to be available 23/7 all year long. The occasional dev will probably be on duty too, just in case 'something goes wrong'. As most devs are even living in or close to Reykjavik, there'll be not many unsurpassable problems that can't be solved with a call or 15 from the GMs..
