Had the same thing happen to me, couldn't eve log into account management, had to launch directly from the exe in program files/cpp/eve/bin exefile.exe to get game to launch then oddly enough i was able to log into my account through account services, possibly something with there authentication server?

I was having this issue as well. Was unable to log into the game OR the website. It just magically fixed itself even though I didn't do anything. I suggest you guys try one more time.
Any word on a cause, CCP? |

Thank god! I thought it was just me. I had one account on and then poof! I could not log the rest and then all those unexpected errors and even on the eve website. |

Had the same issue here, waited a while and tried logging in an got it.
Also had issues logging in on the forums, but now that I've been able to log in to the game I was able to log in on the forums too.
Sorry not much help for other people, but hopefully others will be able to log in asap. |

Thanks. That seemed to do it for me at least. Steps I did:
1.) Close eve client / launcher. 2.) Run repair.exe - In my case, it downloaded a "repair.exe_kjhsg" and deleted my repair.exe. I renamed the new file to .exe 3.) Run Repair.exe 4.) Launch eve.exe - Still got the auth error 5.) Closed eve client/launcher 6.) Ran Repair.exe 2x. 7.) Run eve.exe - now able to get into the game |

Mozillia's support page states the following: "That is a problem with a Python script that runs on the server. The website needs to fix this. If the problem persists then contact them via e-mail."
After I experienced this I spoke to my friends in Raid Call and some of their toons can get in and others can't.
SWEET MURPHY!!!! After I type all this up, one of my friends tried again and they fixed the RADIUS server or whatever authentication method they use...... |

I am not sure why we suddenly have this huge influx in compatability issues. I have played Eve for a solid 10 years and this last 6 months have been HORRID! Please hire two more testers before you push out patches!

Also see the problem with accoutn management and support servers getting error messages.
On the third account I couldn't get logged into I reset the password and after that it seems to be working only time will tell :) |

I was in game when I got several error messages trying to move Items from my ship fitting window into my item hanger, and more when I tried to open any of the neocom windows. I exited the game and attempted to restart but...
My launcher is missing the Username and Password boxes and the PLAY button, I cant even enter my information.
Reinstalling the Launcher did not work. Repairing did not work. |

I really like how this, rather important, issue is tucked away on some forum that doesn't do it justice in a thread made by a player.
IT WOULD PROBABLY HELP IF CCP WOULD MAKE A QUICK STATEMENT GOING "Hey guys, there's an issue with the launcher, go here to check it out". BUT NO, IT'S JUST MUCH EASIER TO COMPETELY AVOID MENTIONING SAID LAUNCHER ISSUES IN THE STICKY AND KEEP LOCKING PERFECTLY REASONABLE THREADS ON GD.
Because that just makes sense.

Here's a workaround if you're on Windows 10.
Go to your Network settings and "Change adapter options". You might find a lot of installed Ethernet devices (don't know why Windows 10 does it). Deactivate all except your active network devices.
This fixed it for me. Good luck and fly safe.
