Started receiving the following error while trying to log in clients:
"The authentication token provided by the launcher is of an invalid format. Please try again or contact EVE customer support."
Already successfully logged in 2 clients, the rest are refusing to load.
Anyone else experiencing the same?
Update:
Have checked the command lines and the tokens appear to be being passed correctly. |

Main account is non steam, has same issue as alt account which is via steam. Getting same error as you on both post downtime. |

Same here, none of my 5 account work, always the same error message "The authentication token provided by the launcher is of an invalid format. Please try again or contact EVE customer support"
But i used to play on one unique game file, so maybe it's logical that none of my char log if the first fail the auth? |

I have the same problem. I had logged in just fine after dt into two of my alts but this happened when I attempted the third.
I then went to run repair.exe. Got a message there was a new version available. I told it to go ahead and install that. Now I have NO repair.exe file (I do have repair.exe_cdxorw, whatever that is). How do I go about reinstalling the repair file. I haven't a clue even where to look for it. |

^same, uninstalling and reinstalling did not help issue. |

Just used the repair tool. It had to update, which it did successfully. Restarted repair tool and it allowed me to log in. |

Same problem. Repair tool didn't fix. Launching from exefile still works though.

I'm also having the same issue. Logged in my first 2 accounts fine, logged in the third and got the error. Stupid me then went off and shut down the other 2 clients and ran repair, which renamed teh repair file to: repair.exe_qxjzpi
now to fix that I just deleted everything after .exe and it worked fine.
Saying that I am still unable to log in on any of my characters now and not just my third. |

I succesfully log one char, but others still stuck.
I suppose it's more a server side issue? I say that because, as i sayd before, i run all my char on one game directory, so if the issue comes from my files, it should work now for all my char, that is not happening.. |

This did not work for me. I tired all 3 accounts none can access game with same error regardless of using launcher shortcut or .exe .

Welp nothing works for me also when you log onto Account management on the website you get an error there as well so seems like its a auth server issue >.< GAH! FIX PLEASE! |

Well, logging in to support site gives me a python error with the same "token" error. Thankfully I can get in to the forums but no amount of "running eve.exe" or restarting the machine or repair tool resolves logging in... |

Run *REPAIR TOOL* then when it is done updating, close it and make sure ur eve launcher is closed... run the repair tool AGAIN. then launch the launcher and login. That worked for me ^^ |

I disabled Windows Defender after getting this message and being unable to log in on all accounts.
As soon as I switched it off and tried again I was able to log in immediately.
If you turn this off it should only be temporary. Windows 10 also automatically turns it back on again I think, but I am not sure of the timeframe. |
