We're not worth the forum space, but you graced this post with your wisdom anyway. If we're really that lame to you why are you giving us free publicity?
Come empire fight, STFU or move along.

WE DO NOT CARE ABOUT HOW MUCH 0.0 TERITORY YOU CONTROLL we dont want any of it. all we want is the abbility to practice piracy in high sec with out sec loss. We are not "leet pvpers". We are out looking for the next good gank or 1v1.
Its not about hurting you, its not about fleet battles, its not about territory. Its not even about fighting a "war".
Who we war dec is decided enterly by what alliances we see flying around on a regular basis that will provide lots of jucy targets.
No, i cant spell, Yes, i have an education. Please try to keep your responses related to what I said, not the typo's. |

Actually bashing Privateers won't help. At least they have wardec'ed a number of alliances bringing them in the comfortable position to choose targets. That they choose the easy ones is just plain rational. On the other side they provides us with much fewer targets making it hard to strike back. Not undocking is uncool - we know - but choosing a fight which can be won instead of the inevitable defeat is again just rational. Call them lame and whatever. Just bashing them on the forums does not make us look better nor does it make them look worse. If we can get a fight we will take it... that's all that matters. After the war - whenever it is over - let the numbers speak.
And please guys: undock more. My Maller wasn't that hard.
Just my personal two cents.

Maybe that how your evil blinkered alliance brain works and how it has worked for you in the past.
For the Privateers a wardec mean we want to have THE OPPORTUNITY to fight them WHEN WE DECIDE too. Not - lets meet up and have a big fleet lag battle.
Its also about trying to make empire as unsafe for the alliances as 0.0 is for poor simple corps.
Try to get your head round it - its not hard. Unless you have been taken 'orders' from your superiors for to long.

YAWN - To repeat "Unfortunately the majority of the T2 stuff i get i prise out of the cold wrecks of evil alliance pilots and the rest i buy out of the massive profit I have garnered from evil Alliance loot drops. So in effect you are profiteering on the deaths of you own alliance friends :)"

As a corp its different AFAIK ISK may be invloved but I think its negligable. for details I'd contact Surreptitious or Sorted. and I signed up in New Caldari (next to jita)

Even Seleene liked the idea of war-deccing everyone just for the kicks.

Edited by: Le Skunk on 13/12/2006 17:30:37 Congratulations to our freighter killer pilots. The THIRD freighter destroyed by the privateers strikes another tangible blow to the malign alliances. Again, much mining by alliance noobs has gone to waste because of the impatience and carelessness of senior alliance members. We must free the noobs, free them from their miner IIs and their Astrgogeology training!!
Freighter Kills do wonders for recruitment, which in answer to the gentleman earlier in the thread is indeed free.
The fact this thread is littered with "WHO ARE YA WHOA ARE YA" Type chanting from The Imperium Alliance Members makes the kill even sweeter. This is who we are. Now stay out of Empire or disband your alliance! Special notice should be taken by alliance blowhard "Omega Bloodstone"
Quote: hopefully the next weeks of war will be "more" interesting with u guys ugh
I find freighter ganking VERY interesting thank you very much. And im terribly, terribly sorry you were bored on your gate camp. Being a privateer i don't have that problem, as i have access to over 8000 war targets.
WHY IS IT THE ALLIANCE'S WHO CRITICISE US SO MUCH ABOUT NOT BEING A PROPER ALLIANCE AS WE "DONT FLY IN 0.0" ARE THE ONES WITH THE MOST PILOTS FLYING AROUND EMPIRE!
If you are so proud of your 0.0, then return there and you will not be bothered by the Privateers. Though i suspect the Imperium Alliance will have some difficulty keeping themselves in 0.0 after their Pos freighter went pop.
I only wish I was there to help more often - but all this ranting on the forum takes up valuble gaming time

Well Done Privateers. On two fronts. Firstly for catching a very nice target in a very bad position. And secondly, for quite beautifully shoving a stick into the forum warriors from MY alliances and breaking it off where the sun doesn't shine. You talked the talk and definetely walked the walk. Reports of the pilot being in trouble didn't even hit our awareness until he was in low structure..... I will not offer an excuse for the pilot or our slow response. You definetely got your headline kill now and in a very glorious way. Recruit lots more and we will see you folks in space when next we cross.

Well - tesco value is my typical setup when the wallet is low, when its not I fly faction fits, t2 Bs's etc, or throw a BPO into cargo - just to make it a bit more interesting
You know what I like best? .. all alliance members doubting skill or impact of privateers seem to have fell off the boards...maybe they're all escorting haulers lol. Theres still one or two that dont seem to read the forums, but post anyways - inviting us to 0.0 can you spell "IDIOT" sweetheart? I can give you some hints if you want

As we have no rules in the corp apart from "dont mess with a corpie/alliance member" all pilots are free to fly in WHAT they want WHEN they want WHERE they want.
In practice what holds true to the rest of eve holds true with us - fly what you can afford to lose.
This corp rule also means you are free to hide cowering in a station and gank noob ships, or do a Mel Gibson type speech and charge the superior English forces. This may mean certain pilots dont follow your blinkered aliance rules of 'honor' or 'sportsmanship'. TBH the frustration levels pouring out of Alliance pores at our 'unsportsman like' activitys is a victory for the Privateers Itself.
Disruption of Alliance operation without even undocking
Its genius
For me, some of my best results have been in a cheep vex with t1 drones - but this means you have to run away from battleships so i sometimes fly in the Domi. Seeing as I am 390 million isk up from the privateers, I don't really care if i lose a Domi as i build them myself which mean the insurance pays for itself so all i lose is maybe 15mill in fittings. I don't like to be worried about engaging in PVP because i have expensive fitting. Others fly expensive and pick their fights more.
But like i say - our pilots are free to fly in what they want. Though due to the constant possibility of pvp, people are advised to consider flying cheaply, at least at first till you get the idea. After all:
"you dont need T2, to SEE TO a Hauler" (tm)
BTW I found this quote from Imperium Alliance blowhard Omega Bloodstone about half way up this thread BEFORE we nuked their POS LOADED FREIGHTER
Originally by: Omega Bloodstone One problem, noone is ticked off though. We are just laughing our butts off in TS. I'm sure the rest of the lots are doing the same.

Sportsmanship is all in the head, and usually an excuse to measure ones own gleaming tower. You ever watch college or pro sports? They dont run around screaming good game ALL the time. But, I guess they are not real sportsman like us online gamers.
