And now an example of what it should be to avoid this exploit: ]
How exactly is this an exploit? Just sounds like a scam to me.

Exactly. It's not a exploit. The devs said before there would be new ways to scam people with contracts. This is one of those new ways.

From experience one can tell that CCP agrees with that opinion (so do I). We had the same situation twice in the past few months - the german "Webifier" - exploit and the "BPO / BPC - escrow" - exploit.
That's nothing like this. With those two incidents there was no way to tell if you were being scammed, thus making it an exploit. With this ther is a way to tell if you're being scammed, a very simple way.

If the description implies that there are multiple items, but the actual contract says something like "Zydrine", and does not actually say "Zydrine x XXXXX", then it's a scam. Scams aren't exploits in EVE though (except if you cna't tell if it's a scam or not like the BPO/BPC thing).

Well done! Spoken like a true blue scammer!
Please, tell me, what exactly is wrong with being a scammer? It's a valid EVE profession, and CCP allows it.
