We are now taking the next step in 0.0 economics, Both politically and functionally. We are selling shares in ISS itself - we are going public with the alliance. In short: The dividend paid per month is guaranteed 5% per share, paid on the 1st of the month, starting January 2007. Minimum Share buy lowered to 10 shares (100m) until 23:00 today Normally the minimum buy is 20 shares (200m isk) to reduce administrative burden, however to expand the total number of investors, tonight until 23:00 eve-time we will accept a minimum buy of 100m (10 shares) to enable smaller investors to participate. The way I read page 10, the returns above 10% go to a not yet existing ISS Ventures (details to be hashed out when the time comes) How does that translate to "above 10% also goes to shareholders"?

The funds will initially be used to invest in some high-risk/high return investments, where the revenue will go to shareholders. Until such time as you resolve the outstanding matter of ISS outpost shares as you discussed at the meeting, all of your actions and ventures are suspect.
