Its like any other offer. You can get it upto a week.
You can get one and decline and get another.
If you get an offer and dont do anything you wont have a chance to get another offer.
I have seen people reject a low volume tech II bpo to get a high volume tech II bpo.

Since CCP is typically mum on the details behind the lottery, any info anyone -thinks- they know about it is guesswork, even if you have a lot of experience with it to educate that guess.
Not a peep from any of my 14 agents, btw, nor any my corpmates have running.

I've heard of people taking time off and coming back to find they missed an offer (or offers!), but I'm not sure if they were paying for the account still or let it lapse.
