Yes. I never do them and have had 5 BPO offers (inc the one today) so far. Before anyone screams hax, I do have 37 R&D agents going. The specific one where I got my Basilisk today was mechanical engineering (20k rp).

i saw the patch notes about t2 bpo's being seeded, but now why woudl they seed extra bpos like zealot, ishtar, ect.
I see alot of rig BPO's that need to be released...

I WISH i got anything yet. Im hoping for the Crow bpo, as the amount of crows i use, is totally insane. I bet the guys with monopoly are happy i love the crow 
I have a level 2 agent, with 406.85 RP and counting. So its not that likely that i get anything, but who knows. I started this agent, when Revelations came out
But i would do with the cerb, eagle, vulture or flycatcher too

I have gotten 2 offers on my account that I havent been playing for 6 months , the tech2 BPO's was still there until i drove over to the agent and declined (declined them 3-4 days ago) so the offers seem to be there until you say yes/no.

Quick question for the R&D wizards. I have an R&D agent I started awhile back on a whim. However through various moves and other agents used my standing with his corp has now gone down below where I can't actually use him. The points still accumulate as usual, however I can't do any missions (or buy datacores I assume) with him until I get my standing back up. Does this affect whether or not I might get a bpo? Thanks.
