I know that when I was in EDF and if I had tried this BS I would have been kicked however it seems from what you have said that you haven't tried any of the above avenues and until you do I think it highly unlikely anything will happen to the person who scammed you until you do.

You cannot prevent everything, so you must be in a position to repair the damages and punish actions that are contrary to the organization's ideals. i.e: This thread's point is not to discuss the legality of the scam, this is a complaint againsta an alliance that claims to be honorable, hence the scam is a direct hit against its ideals. It is up to them to make repairs if they beieve that such attitude is unacceptable by its members. In fact, the OP's intelligence, spelling, conversational ability, knowledge of game mechanics et.c. have nothing to do with the whole business that a member of the parent organization engaged in an activity opposite to its proclaimed ideals, and -if this whole business is true, which it is up to ASCN to ascertain- should be repairable by them. The fact that piracy is allowed and encouraged in game mechanics doesn't mean that the same organization's members can go set gatecamps against neutrals in empire if the faction is against piracy. It is up to the faction to prevent them and repair damage they cause lest they are proclaimed a "pirate faction" for the sake of 5 members - which it should if they did!! And, now that all that is out of the way and represents my formal opinion... ROFLMAO!!!!!!!!!
