I am poor, and I mean poor. I'm so poor the Salvation Army turned up at my hangar and surrendered. I put all my savings into a new shiny Armageddon battleship (Amarr made and blessed by a Holy Inquisitor) with tachyon beams and damage mods, and then decided to hunt some pirates to increase my 200k bank balance.

I headed out full of optimism and finally reached the Curse Region. Now this was a few months back before this Curse Alliance nonsense (which I blame on the influence of the Minmatar) was well known. Having spent all of 30mins in my new system I was set upon by 3 Minmatar pirates who proceeded to blow the hell out of me. It was a long and bloody battle however I was finally destroyed and podded.

Upon reanimation at the cloning clinic I headed straight for my insurer to find they had gone bust and would not pay out. Despite a plea to their administrators (a firm know as CCP - never heard of them before) I received no compensation. And this was not the end of my problems. Upon returning to my residential unit I glanced in the mirror and was horrified to find that a terrible error had occured during reanimation. A power surge in the clinic had caused the biomass aligners to malfunction and give me a set of Minmatar ears!!

Suffering from a deep depression I was taken to a place of rest by a Grand Inquisitor and entered a deep meditative state. Now 2 months later I have awoken ready to face the universe again to find my balance was left in a current account and still stands at 200k isk.

Stuck with a ship that looked like it might fall apart while 'Entering Space.....Entering Space......Entering Space', I decided to start up a foundation to help those loyal Amarrians who have suffered the same fate and get myself back up to operating level.

Having drawn up the initial plans I calculated that it would take a fortune to put into action - a staggering 25,200,000 isk. A quick glance at my balance revealed a shortfall of 25mill. Then I noticed this message posted by a Grand Master potentiate and knew that this must be fate, and that it must be the will of our divine fathers that presented this opportunity.

And so it is for this reason that I post my reply. That and for the purposes of a *cough* bump *cough*
