I thank you Ratel guys for warning eve in general and me in particular...
Now the next time the little buggers tell me they dont have more capital ships to contribute when there is a capital alliance assembly I ll know to spank them hard...
(so thats what the alliance mail for minnie capital pilots was all about eh?  )
Umm did I say I morally dissaprove of what they did? Yessir!

That is probably true. I really hope they are better than how they look like in this thread. 
Personally I think this theft was not a result of a grand master plan planned by K.O.S/Anarcy Empire. It was probably just a gready individual, Xabier who betrayed the trust of his corp/alliance mates and took an opportunity when he saw it and got some help from his old buddies.
This is probably just a simple corp theft. No matter the circumstances (and yes it is stupid to leave expensive ships hanging in a POS; however one of the guys who lost a carrier was stuck in game for two hours while this happened) corp thieves is worst scums in eve universe. I guess that Xabier guy either need to find a corp with only thieves like himself or stay in NPC corps
It is one thing to infiltrate a enemy corp/alliance to wreck havoc, but AFAIK we don't have any conflicts with Anarchy Empire/K.O.S other than the usual pew-pew in 0.0. So I don't think Ratel is really a war target for them.
Another thing is some stupidity of game mechanics, like being able to bump a capital ship out of a force field using small ships. Not to mention the small size of SMA (at least if you have multiple capital ships to store).
Perhaps time for revenge? Just a thought.

Well I'm afraid your wrong here. This person befriended someone just to perform a corp theft with no issues between the Alliances. Due to circumstances he got lucky but all of his alliance supports corp theft as a way to play eve. Nothing to do with being at war just theft.
Just making sure everyone is aware of this .... (none of them will deny this fact)
Okay let me make a serious post here:
You and your corp are part of the nap fanfest of eve. Cool. Your choice. Our alliance is not napped. We dont have allies. We have friends, good friends, which is usually the people we enjoyed and enjoy fighting against.
You follow this far? Good. Now. Whats the code of conduct for the majoirity of Anarcy empire:
1) Dont break the EULA
2) Dont use bugs and cheats.
3) Refrain from smacking in local as much as possible. If impossible try to make it friendly and playfull.
Thats it rly...
KOS in particular are more the Rangers and Vagabonds of our alliance and they get to all sorts of weird trouble all over the EvE map.
However despite my corp being more ... ethics oriented in pvp than the average eve corp I will tell you that I feel what they did (if it was getting a silly peson in your corp to give them access to a POS from where they stole capital ships) was fine by me and I told feel in the slightest ashamed because of this.
Our aim as an alliance is to cause anarchy and isk-loss related pain all over the eve universe if at all possible. I think most probably very few alliance members feel bad about the events you posted here (if I understand them correctly) and I would advise you to kill this thread now as it makes you look bad and not KOS or RIOT (Anarchy Empire)...
If you feel what they did was terrible in your book get revenge in game rather than bringing them indirect glorification in the forums...

EDIT: Oh and you said: "they use corp theft". Think again, your member is the corp thief. They are not members of your corp genious... so dont go call people names or you might find an entire alliance in your doorstep... there are more conventional ways of causing isk loss than bumping stuff out of a POS shield you know...
