I wrote my client an EveMail:
"Your package was delivered within 30 minutes. Thank you for choosing Strel's Courier Service. I value you as a customer and look forward to future contracting with you.
Update: I was unable to dock, due to:
"Dusk and Dawn Holding Does Not Like You"
I logged outside of the space station 02 Fade LC3 Carmenta Factory. Please have them grant me temporary 24 hour docking clearance so I may complete your delivery. Thank you."
What do I do? I spent like 55 million collateral on a 5 million mission!

Maybe Dusk and Dawn will be nice enough to let you make the delivery this one time, but who knows... depends on how badly they want their stuff.
If not, I guess this is a pretty good object lesson about how to not run courier missions... i.e. by not researching your route properly and asking questions of the employer before taking the job.

You got scammed man. Please forward the name of the scammer into this post. Also, this is a known scam, and very uncool. In the future to avoid it, please pay attention to the delivery point, and insure that you can infact dock there!

Ok, so I found their website and contacted their web hosting provider. Since its in Germany I had a translated version of the message:
Please tell the owner of the domain eve-d2.com: I need docking permission to your station "factory" I wrote my client an EveMail: "Your package was delivered within 30 minutes. Just get over the fact you lost out to a game mechanic via bad planning and hope D2 cares enough to let you complete the delivery. If they really want their stuff they'll help you out.

yes it was a penny anti scam, but they happen all the time in game, odds are what your trying to deliver is a shrink wraped bundle of pirat logs, or something worth leven less than that.
just count yourself lucky that their sentry guns were not set to shoot down anyone not in their corp or alliance!

But, MAN! contacting their home page provider about it is fracking hilarious. Like the provider has any idea what your post means, in any language. I'm sure it was deleted as spam when it was read (after a copy was printed up and posted in the companies "dumbest emails" area).

First of all, no one here is really going in for personally messing you over. What you have experienced is not a personal attack on you of any kind. But its still a legal tactic in the game. Scamming and Sceating are pretty common in this games underworld! And to be absolutely honest, its not even sure you where scammed, because the missions can be meant for people who do after all have access to D2 areas.
Some advice:
1.) First consider the money lost.
2.) Now, when you have considered the money lost, look up the CEO of the corp to the missions issuers, and send him a VERY POLITE EVEMAIL telling him about your mistake. Asking him if theres any chances for refunds. If he says no game, toough ****. Thank him for your time and accept your loss.
3. If you get the money back, thank them!! And consider yourself lucky!!
But please remember. Scamming, scheating, heists and backstabbing. All valid tactics of EVE.
In any case, 55 mill aint that much. Be happy you did not loose a billion or two, as some people have..

1. I am sorry that you are in trouble right now.
2. Eve gives you a warning about conquerable stations and the possibility not be able to dock there.
3. Why did you take a 5 mio. isk courier mission with such a high deposit?
4. D2 will not grand you docking rights as far as I know, since they don't know you.
5. You brought this up to our forum, which was right, but did not get the response you wanted.
6. Contact the CEO of the contractors corp, explain the situation and ask for a refund.

TBH it was before the escrow system was changed to contracts so the policy might have changed...

That mission was no scam, its perfectly legit and understandable to have something couriered to a conquerable station. You were supposed to research where you were delivering, this whole issue is in no way the contractor's fault.
On a side note, i can dock there and was thinking i would take that contract myself, so you nicked my five mill, and i also think this thread is either a joke or some sociological experiment.

Your 55mil is lost. The package may or may not be a scam. Get in tock with the guy who hosted the package and see if you can get your isk back. Probebly not likely though.
What you can do is
You can either join a D2 corp, or another corp that has docking rights with D2.
Or raise a dread fleet, remove soverignity and take over the station by force. Just dont tell the dread fleet that this was because of a courier mission!

Ok so let me get this straight.. The OP screws up and takes a courier mission, which has a destination set at a conquerable station. He finds he can't dock there because he couldn't be bothered to check beforehand. Then he tries to ask to be let in but isn't because D2 don't know/like him. He then e-mails D2's website hosts and threatens legal action over an ingame action that was in no way wrong?

As amusing as this thread may be, in the long run the ones really getting screwed are those living in conquerable stations, especially D2. Scams are allowed, but for their own sake I'd try to atleast look into the situation.

Except people are failing to see it wasn't a scam. It was entirely possible that someone could have taken the items to D2's station, they just had to have access. It was a public contract that this person picked up without proper research into how he was going to complete it. It is his fault, because he picked the contract from the list, he wasn't given it specifically by D2 then laughed at.

Please refrain from accusing D2 members of scamming. The contract was totally legit. Of course it can only be completed if you have docking rights on D2 stations. But that is something any contractor should check beforehand.
There are still enough ppl in this alliance, who can take this contract, i.e. alliance members and blues.
If you do courier missions just check what the cicumstances are under which a contract can be fullfilled.
edit: I already stated what I would do if I were the contractor.

Scamming is allowed but this is pretty close to exploiting. If the contract system or map system will tell you that your target will not let you deliver then its a scam. If it doesn't then its an exploit.
TBH they shouldn't even let you accept missions where it is not possible to deliver (not talking about low sec or podding)
I've actually stopped doing any courier missions as the whole system is broken and favours the scammers more. Your chance of a legit contract is quite low.

You get a dialog like that, if you are about to accept a courier mission to a conquerable station or an outpost. I just made a courier mission for my alt to check it. 
I still wonder, if this thing with contacting a lawer and such was meant as RP or as joke. If it was mean serious, then sorry, we play with game currency in a virtual word. We are allowed to play pirates, thieves, businessmen without scruples, murderers, whatever we like.
Players in EVE blow stuff up for billions: In combat, in ganks, even in suicide attacks in high sec., if the victim likes it or not. Corp thieves sometimes steal billions, scammers scammed already for billions ... it's allowed in this game.
If someone calls a lawyer in rl, he should get banned from the game for harrassment.

if the later i'll advice the OP:
step #1: uninstall EVE
step #2: unplug your PC from the router/modem
step #3: switch your router/modem off
step #4: uninstall Windows
step #5: switch your PC off
step #6: make all the stuff presents to different people - you know ... it's christmas, and to more people the stuff is spread the more difficult it is to get it back.
step #7-#1000000000: never ever buy a computer again or use a computer that has internet access, a gameboy with tetris is allowed though.
remember kids - games, the internet and life should never be taken too serious.
