To think that an entity could be so crass- so savage- it boggles the mind. Never before has an organization been a greater affront to decency than yours is. You are a poison on EVE, a parasite sucking the prosperity and good tidings from ordinary members across the galaxy, going where you will and doing what you will until it suits you to do no more.

You must have, else your actions would have been driven by the invisible hand of decorum. Instead you chose the lesser path, and now itĘs time to pay for your transgressions.
This is a formal declaration of open hostilities between Fat Guy Stranglers and 0utbreak.

I have no idea who you are or if you're up to the job, but good luck. 0utbreak are very good at what they do. You'll find it very hard to attack them as they don't have anything in space to attack. You'll just have to hang out where they hang out and try and nail them. They're very apt to choose their fights, so don't just expect to turn up with a blob and they'll 'have' to engage you.

Why are u following us with belives what 0utbreak is and do?. Take a big look at ur alliance and care more about that first.
