Hello there.
As topic says....
The Outpost is under fire. Ofc you have to destroy all pos's first, but now lets take the worst situation.
zwerg = holiday.
zwerg = Outpost logged.
Outpost = Under heavy Fire.
...
..
.
Outpost = dead.
what happens to me, when i log back on, to my stuff my clone, the market in the station, the contracts in the station, all the other stuff in the station and so on...
I dont know wether a outpost already got destroyed. But i bet someone out there knows what happens to everything if it gets pwnzored.

I think that when they have control of the station you cannot use the fitting manager, medical facility etc but can change ship to whatever you have fitted and undock (but once you undock thats it... you cant re-dock) Any items you have there can be put on market/contracts appart from damaged items which you cant repair with the repair facilities.

In a situation like that; best thing to do is bite ur lip, sell everything u have at highly inflated prices. then get ur ass out of there before the new locals notice theres a neutral/hostile sitting in their station.

I believe you can always use the Fitting and market/contract services, but not repairs, and you can't install new clones. You can jump-clone out (or in if you have a jump-clone already, jump-clones cannot be removed).

No, fitting doesn`t work, if you are hostile/neutral. Just tested it yesterday, and i had to escape with an unfitted crow... (and did it, i'm sooo gooood...  )

What Josh says is the truth... for now. 
While outposts will not be able to be destroyed completely, there are changes in the works that will allow players to have more options. The most likely of these is to allow the "taking out" of various station services based upon damage received to the outpost structure.
These changes will be tied into the ability to upgrade outposts, add defenses and so on. This concept has already been mentioned here and you can expect additional information 'soon'.
