There was a dream, and that dream was 24 hours of mass carnage to ring in the New Year. From the dawn of December 31st till the ringing in of the New Year your pod kills will be counted and he who pods the most wins the prize.
The prize: First place gets 60% of the pot. Second place gets 20% of the pot. The remaining 20% is also given back to the participants as described below.
Entry: Send 10 million isk and an EVE mail to Ridley Tree.
How poddings are tallied, send me the concord kill mail of every pod you kill from 0:00 31st till 24:59 December 31st. Kill mails from 0:00-0:05 January 1st will be used only in the case of a tie breaker.

10 Partcipants = 100 million isk, = 60 million to first place and 20 million to second.
20 Partcipants = 200 million isk, = 120 million to first place and 40 million to second.
30 partcipants = 300 million isk, = 180 million to first place and 60 million to second.
Additional rewards. If you e-mail me at least two, preferably more, frapped pod kills (ship killed as well please) you will receive a straight 2 million isk. Thusly if all participants send me at least 2 pod kills frapped all of the cash in entry fees will be given back to the players. Video emails must be received by January 3rd in order to receive your 2 million isk. If not all participants send in the videos the remaining isk will be divided up between all participants based on how many pod videos they did send in.
The main goal of this event is mass poddings. The other goal is to create a video of these poddings and to host it on EVE-files. All poddings will be attributed to the podder and poddee in the video and a tally of the event, the winners, the losers, the podders and the poddees will be in the video along with a time chart.
Videos should be emailed to [email protected] before Jan 3rd to receive the 2 million isk and to insure inclusion in the video to document this event.
The winner of this event will be announced ASAP after New Years and a video will be finished and hosted on eve-files on Jan. 5th it will be linked in this thread and in a thread in the videos section. Isk payment to winners and all who send in videos will be made on January 5th.
Entries will be accepted between now and December 30th, 23:59 EVE time. If the eve-mail and cash arrives before then you are in the event. Any entries received afterwards will be refunded. All entries will be refunded if the event does not receive enough interest.
Any and all donations to increase the pot size will be readily accepted.

Last day for sign ups, and so far its an empty competition. I estimated a 50-50 chance since I created this thread without much lead up time, but sign ups are as said above very simple and easy, no requirements of any kind. Just drop me an eve-mail and the entry fee, you will receive a response before the start of the countdown. I would still like to see this event go off, and even if it doesn't send me podding videos anyway ;).
