I think that aging is bound to the pilot, not the ship. So contracting the ship makes it like new to the new owner. |

If you want to risk an aged ship being cleaned by the contract sure....or you could just trade it to one of your own alts and check that way.

I think you may be right. (like the killmarks on ships).

Well I traded my old industrial with one to an alt and when I got it back it's gone....so either it ate the killmark or I got drunk and lost it, which means I now have to find a bestower in an asset list of over 100 stations. |

When you don't know the difference between there, their, and they're, you come across as being so uneducated that your viewpoint can be safely dismissed. The literate is unlikely to learn much from the illiterate.

If the SoE hub is also a ice mining spot, fun and population multiply. |

I brought up in an IC channel the other day about the unfortunate implications of skill extractors. I've always thought of "skills" as we know them as more like a series of certifications and tests, through CONCORD, but the entire notion of skills being able to be extracted and injected completely vaporizes that bit of headcanon.
Can you administer a skill extractor without consent? Can non-capsuleer skills be siphoned? Imagine if you woke up and someone had extracted your ability to speak.
