Best Pilot: Farjung - without doubt the most all-round and fearsome pilot in this game, period. It's an absolute pleasure to fly with him. 2. Best Corporation: Outbreak - Taken their ball and they're running with it, great guys and have improved far and above from their base start in FIX. 3. Best Alliance: RA - Went from "down and out" to "hi hi we're fuxing with you", the only alliance in my recollection that has ever done so without the obligatory "oh we're bored and disbanding but wait we're back again" forum post. 4. Best Thread: ISS vs IAC - without a doubt and by a fair old country mile (excluding a few of the choice BoB ones ofc, though even then this one still hits highly) this thread delivered on every level. 5. Best War: ASCN vs BoB - it had everything. Expectation, intrigue, espionage, blobs, skirmishs, titans, big bangs, mis-fires, delusion, arrogance, and gigabytes of forum space. Best Pilot - Welsh Wizard - It was amazing to see him evolve in CELES to be one of the best FC's I ever flown with. Master any aspect of pvp now. 2. Best Corporation - 0utbreak - Fighting with and against these guys was fun. Think it's one of the few corps that can match celes in close range even odds fight. 3. Best Alliance - RA - They have done something I never seen an alliance do. Regain space after losing almost everything. You can't beat them and attacking their POS'es may result in you losing a captial fleet. 4. Best Thread. - Malken's thread "Amarr" - Never read it but it must have been good if it reached 100 pages. 5. Best War - tie between ASCN vs BOB & RA vs Coalition - ascn vs bob because it's interesting with big wars and Ra vs coaltion because of the greatest comeback ever Celes/Toxin vs BOB

Spartac0 gets an honorable mention for fitting to win, and knowing how to use it. 2. Best Corporation: 0utbreak. The only single corp in eve I've ever thought for even a second was on par with a bob corp in terms of fleet combat. 3. Best Alliance: When my friends who know about eve ask me this question, I tell them about how RA has been for years using every single binary of game code to tenaciously claw for theyre space. I have mad respect for that. 4. Best Thread: There was 3, now there are 2, Titan Down - SirMolle 5. Best War: I think this goes without saying honestly, gf ASCN. I don't want the world, I just want your half.

fugazii Forsaken Empire	Posted - 2007.01.03 01:27:00 - [42] 1} i dunno.. 2} my own corp aside, outbreak have seemed to shined this year 3} Red Alliance, losing thier space...then going from nothing to owning a third of the south, love em or hate em, gotta respect what theyve accomplished. 4} i guess the kill of titan thread, forums seem to lack its luster anymore tho 5} ra vrs coalition. the scale of this war is something that has never happened before. odds at one point more than 10:1. day in day out fleet battles for close to a year. most alliances involved in the war are pvp alliances. more than double the amount of pilots involved in the bob v ascn war. and the underdogs end up winning to boot. the ascn v bob war is nowhere near. close to same odds, a complete one sided war. and its a pvp vrs industrial alliance. nothing special there.

Best Pilot - Difficult to say as I haven't been very active in 2006, but on the face of it, it has to be one of the BoB pilots that won the tournament again. Didn't TWD orchestrate the team this year? 2. Best Corporation - Probaby Outbreak, fantastic sigs and IMO they have the highest concentration of A grade FC's of any entity in the game. 3. Best Alliance - It has to be BOB, they have talked the talk and walked the walk for the nth year in a row. 4. Best Thread - ButterGate thread, it had everything you could possibly want in a thread. Drama, intrigue, screenshots, mercs, accusations... a wet dream for any forum 'professional'. 5. Best War - BoB vs ASCN.. It truly was the "Fall of a Titan" and had a thread to match, blistering pace, Titan killed, and an obscene amount of BS and Capital ships destroyed. Probably the most effective dismantling of a major alliance the game has seen. I sincerley hope that next year if I am still in the game, the top 5 won't be plastered with BoB

Best Pilot TWD. For the third championship running, he was our master planner. He gave us the tactics for the championship, was the fc and lead pilot. Also his deathstar POS are a nightmare ;) 2. Best Corporation Outbreak. Showed us what they could achieve by going toe to toe with 2 of our corps and coming out on top for a week. 3. Best Alliance BoB. Made a Titan. Killed a Titan. Won the 3rd PVP championships. Destroyed one of the largest alliances in the game. Took control of 40+ stations in the game. Took control of the most regions in the game. Set up the basis for a new regime in eve that works. 4. Best Thread. Innominate Nightmares' Travels. 5. He plays the hard ball but he plays it fairly. He's also rather handy in a fight. Best Corporation: For me it's Coreli. I know nothing about their abilities, but their P-R department is most excellent. I love the films by the way; something to aspire towards. Best Alliance: It has to be BoB. No other alliance entity has delivered as they have these last twelve months. Best Thread: Apart from the threads where people say nice things about us, I really enjoyed keeping up with the BoB and ASCN war. It was a hark back to the old propaganda of yesteryear. Best War: Again it's BoB and their termination of the biggest alliance in the game. Not only an impressive achievement for them, but also a harsh reminder that numbers and attrition in EVE mean nothing if you lack resolve.

Best Thread: titan down - SirMolle, was truly a thread that shocked and surprised most of EVE.
