That doesn't sound at all like the issue discussed in this thread. Nobody had skills rolled back to previous levels. Only the current skill in training was restarted from the last level completed if you were logged on to the character during a specific time frame.

I lost the skills trained in the past (all sorted now, though).

It's now a week since the, as requested, bug report was made - but still no Support Ticket has been raised.

No further Dev comments here...

No reply to the, again requested, personal mail - not even an acknowledgement...

Classic standard 'Customer Service' now? Ignore them and perhaps they'll go away?

Or you stop whining and be patience. Or stop posting tickets at the forum that no members at ccp will answer. And btw join a real corporation. A classic troll/rage player on the internet.
