I am hearing that Advanced and Elite implants are now available from mission offers. Any truth to this?
Advanced = +6
Elite = +7

I have no clue, but they must be expensive in LP, because i got offered one +5 memory implant for 450.000 LP

Well, if it is true, then the guy with a +7 will be selling it for prices that rival t2 bpo's..... and people will be more than happy to pay.

While we are one this topic, how does one get the pirate implants (e.g. Snake Gamma etc.) is it still through missions at like 15k LP for one of 'em? any help would be appreciated.

You have to do missions for the pirate corp.

Pirate implants also drop (rarely) off of asteroid faction spawns. |

Corpmate got a snake implant off the overseer in worlds collide (serp/pithii)

Yep they exist I think, apparently a friend of mine got a +7 one,(for some insane amount of lp earlier today so I cant remember quiet how much). I am fairly sure he does have it as he linked it (I know you used to be able to link things that you dont have some how, cant remember if it works anymore now though)
I think I would sell my soul for a +7 set

On what amount of LP they are offered ? And any possibility for screenshot perhaps about one. Also it would be nice to know it it was outright LP offer (LP for implant) or was there anything addition to LP agent asked when offering one.

What i heard is that back in the old old old days they (+6/7 plants) were around but that they got removed from game. Dunno if they're back or something like that..

I used to remember seeing them on the market if you removed the "show only available" check. But at that time +4 implants weren't around, or had only just come out and were really really expensive. I think that's the case anyway, but my memory sucks.

I have not seen any so far. I have 1.2 mil LP. So they are either higher than that, very rare or does not exsist.

Well I haven't got any +5 (elite) implant offers as LP reward from my Trust Partners (Thukker faction) agent, but sure got a storyline with a +5 mission completion reward.

Linking the full +7 Elite is still easy yes as it resides in the DB.
Personally I reckon he is pulling your leg, I was doing the same to a few corp mates a while back now :)

+5 ones are 'improved' implants. While I have not seen any storylines that offer them as award they are fairly common agent offers at 450 000 LP per implant or less common at something like 300 000 LP + trade goods.
From the memory +3 = 'basic', +4 = 'standard', +5 = 'improved', +6 = 'advanced' and +7 = 'elite'. +3 ones come at 15 000 LP, +4 ones at 100 000 LP and +5 ones at 450 000 LP. Following that trend +6 ones (if they exsist) might be a bit higher than my current LP amount. Thats why I was wondering .

Yep. It is highly unlikely that they would be in game. Perhaps when they implement that 'collect LP for corporation' whats planned somewhere in drawingboard. But as I like the idea then let us speculate how mutch LP they would likely take IF they would be in game.
It's hard to see something from low end ones (+1 and +2) as their LP requiments are not very consistent (from +1 to +2 approx x6 and from +2 to +3 approx x2). So lets see from +3 to +4 is again approx x6 (around 6.67) and from +4 to +5 it's around x4.5 ... So in that sense if one would assume that it's between x2 and x6 multiplier for next tier implant your would get lowest estimate of 900 000 LP and highest estimate of 2.7 mil LP for +6 implant. With similar reasoning one can place +7 implants somewhere around 2 to 15 million LP.
With navy ravens going around 1 bil for 600 000 LP if anyone would be crazy enough to cash in those implants they would cost in several billions. And on second note, highest amount of LP I have heard about has been around 6 million LP.

i think along time ago i knew someone that had a +6 implant from a event involving the JOVE. but then again it might have been a +5 when only +4 were available.

First of all Bump.
I also liked to know if the +6 and +7's are out there, as I understand it +5 are, at some funny prices (LP's I think), but that cool, it's something you can obtain within foreseeable future (2-5 years). But to my knowledge there's alot of things in the Item's DB that have been there since Beta, but still haven't been released. a good example would be Boosters I think the skill have been in since Beta, but they have just been released with Revs here. that's a long time to wait for something that MIGTH happen. It gives LONG term plan a certain degree of edgeiness.
