Lets just say, after returning to Eve Online, I've just made a little "addition" to my website.

So your showing a link and gaining pulblicity for an Eve Online trial on a forum that is only viewable by people who have allready PAID or on trial for Eve online.

Did you read what I wrote underneath the banner? LOL!
My site had well over 40,000 hits last month, so I'm looking to make an impact among the SWG community. Many players of SWG are pretty disgruntled as is, so might as well take advantage of that fact and lead them somewhere better. Like the Messiah of MMORPGs. LOL :)

Though I don't always agree with what CCP are doing, on the whole, they're certinly superiour to the gang making SWG. Besides, SONY's evil, so I feel I have a moral abligation to not play anything made/produced/published by them...

Give the guy a break, there's lots of material and info on his site, which as far as I can see, looks "handmade", or "painstakingly gathered/compiled" if you will. Kind of like what you have to do in EVE, since, for example, the item infos don't always give you complete and/or accurate info

Exactly, give him a break. Most of the people who criticize wouldn't be bothered to do something like this for the community.

I've had the misfortune to be tasked to install that abonimation a couple of times, plus server extensions. Ever since I'd rather use Notepad.exe to create web pages

Let's say that SWG's entire population comes to eve, that's what another 500 peeps, tops?
If people havn't left SWG yet, they probably won't until they shut the servers down. I used to say that I wouldn't leave SWG until they shut the servers down, then came the NGE.

You can view this forum without having an account for Eve Online. You just cant post on it without having an account.

Now are you just completely daft or just to lazy to read the post? It's a STAR WARS GALAXY fan site...not an EVE one...has nothing to do with EVE. This means that the target audience is not...in fact...people already playing EVE but *gasps* the ones playing SWG. He only posted the link so we would know he's doing his best to steal people away from the Evil Empire.

I didn't even know there was such a thing as a Star Wars Galaxies "fan". I think its the only game in history that got a decent review on release and then was re-reviewed after countless updates and given some of the worst scores ever given to a MMO. I'm actually shocked anyone actually logs into that heap of ****.

As an ex-SWG player myself, I say nicely done. I think there are even a few corporations out there made up of mostly ex-SWG'ers.

Could an op remove the link until the site-owner has removed all references to isk/mmo/sellers? This site is currently encouraging people to go to M*gs . No it's not a google adsense link, it's actual HTML.
