DarkElf Caldari DJ's Exotic Dancers Escorts	Posted - 2007.01.10 14:34:00 - [1] Ok so ppl who know me are quite aware that i'm not afraid of pvp'ing or generally playing eve after a few pints. I have had quite a few near misses in expensive ships while drunk nearly jumping into high sec in a nightmare etc and i'm guessing i'm not alone there. My latest annoyance was recently while i was what can only be described as battered, meaning to unplug a cheap hardwiring implant to replace it with a decent one and accidently unplugging a dam slave arrrg Then to top it off i was installing the last quite expensive rig on my hyperion only to find i plugged the wrong one in and now can't remove it without destroying all 3 of them, being faced with either buying a new ship and replacing all 3 rigs, or repacking it and replacing all 3 rigs. So my plee is for ccp to install breathalisers on concord ships and have them in low sec. What is the biggest loss you have sustained while under the influence if any? DE

Got drunk, started a fight with a few cruisers, ship got blown up - approx. 40mil down. Woke up in the morning feeling rough, logged in, completely forgot about the whole getting blown up thing and was about to petition for a vanishing ship, then remembered - priceless : ) That being said, all the times I've been drunk have been good fun - and piecing together what happened in the morning too.

Just like when sober, I generally do dumb things and spam corp chat with mindless drivel so it's not much of a difference at all.

Worst was figuring I would test my T2 fitted ratting raven's tank by randomly flying to a POS. Perfect I am not in too much trouble start to align 10 seconds okay I am happy with my setup warp. Message -you can't warp retard you are scammbled- oops forgot about that part. Lasted another 10-15 seconds and got to see a very expensive explosion.

gettosmurf	Posted - 2007.01.11 00:37:00 - [22] While under the combined influence of VODKA and GATORADE, I bought a Vigilant and fittet it for PVP, and went out for a hunt in lowsec. Found a target pretty fast, a covetor with a ferox as a guard, locked the ferox and MWD'd to orbit(BC always looks better than mining barge on the killmail), not realising that none of my tech II blasters had gone online automaticly during the fitting process and that I had forgotten all my drones. After a while reinforcements arrived to assist the Ferox. I only had time to put two guns online(damn those 95% requirements) before my armor broke and my Vigilant went POOF I have not played EVE drunk since.

I launched my drones from the brutix in order to sniff out this cloaked ship. Well the cargo cans were 15+km away and I needed to get my drones out there to hopefully decloak this ship. So I attacked the cans with the drones. Didn't realize what was happening until I was in structure. without the hardeners turned on and the repper going, Brutix's dont tank sentries too well. -Chaca

As the buyer was right next to me i tried to show him what he can do. I blew up 55k of ore from under the nose of some guy, and 2 minutes later i had a Hurricane incoming who was pretty ****ed. Obviously i tried to take him out, but wouldn't you know it, Exp damage on shields is not that good and his nos was hurting - small nos i think. Luckily he had no tacklin abilities so i managed to get away. Later on I explained that I wanted to ransom the ore for 500k ISK - explained to some locals, and soon after I had Megathron + Hurricane trying to bait me in a many vs 1 which they called 1vs1. In a drunken haze i picked up the can and engaged the Megathron, trying to pop his 3 EMP and 2 Thermal heavy drones. After popping his drones, the Hurricane engaged but because he was in a different corp and he disregarded the Concord message, he got concorded - nice loot btw. 10 minutes later i am still fighting the mega, trying everything to keep transversal up despite his 90% webber, and managed with 1 reload of the guns to get his shields at 50%, at which point he warps away. I suspected he had stabbs so i warped right next to him - lucky guess, and again tackled him with my 2 points scrambler. Again he warps to the station and docks, proving he had 2+ stabbs fitted. In the meantime though the Hurricane guy undocks in an Incursus fitted with 280mm arty and tries to go for the loot from his wreck, obviously he got concorded ... again. So to end the night and the 2.5l bottle of wine, rifter vs megathron + hurricane ended in : - hurricane concorded - megathron warping away in shame ... twice - incursus concorded - 10-12 mil in loot for me - woot :) -------------------------------------------------- Always look on the bright side of life. :)

PCaBoo Newbies On Xstacy	Posted - 2007.01.11 11:20:00 - [30] Lost my T2 fitted Raven to a pair of merlins while totally hammered, I don't even think I fired on them. I just sat at the station yelling at my monitor. Docked after my raven went boom, jumped into a spare raven I had. Put in some drones and fit 4 smartbombs. Undocked and let the drones out, then started setting off smartbombs. Bad idea, didn't fit a shield booster or anything, just drones and smarties. Sentries-Pop. So I lost 2 ravens to 2 merlins. I undocked in a 3rd spare raven, but fitted it with a sb. Podded both of them, redocked, and went to bed. Woke up with a huge hangover and a lot of anger. ________________________________ Caldari's are the Chosen people!
