I cant talk for the whole Privateer alliance but when speaking of my corp im sure everyone who have met Bydi so far during this war has enjoyed it.. As to the part of me being a member of privateers i dont see it as a sad thing.. Guess you are thinking of the alt factor but tell me one thing: How many second accounts do you think we have in your alliance? Privateers gives me all the targets i want for 50mill pr week.. Since there are so many alt`s they also give a damn if they die so even after half gang is dead they keep coming in to fight.. I love it..Been a good move by BYDI if we think about ourselfes and not on what other people think of us.. My killboard stats in privateers

Your alliance members have spammed this board telling everybody how their main aim was to gank haulers and earn isk that way. Their main plan was to basically p*** off their targets. You (as in alliance) got away with it for a while and had some fun, but now the alliances you are at war with are responding in the same way that alliances all over Eve respond, with the blob... What did the Privateers expect? It will be interesting to see how many active pilots you end up with now that the days of cheap ganks have passed.

I don't mean Beyond Divinity... In another "life" I used to be a member of BYDI and I know how much you guys like to fight. I was referring to the Privateers as a whole. From what I've understood the whole concept behind the forming of the Privateers was that it was "anti-establishment", with no internal rules. An alliance where people could do what they wanted and have lots of targets to shoot at. Initially this meant easy ganks in Jita, for example. This seems to have worked for a while but now the Alliances you have decced seem to be putting together larger gangs as a response, which means you (alliance) also have to put together larger gangs to have a chance of getting kills. I'm not sure whether the Privateers have the internal structure to be able to do that. If I remember rightly, an earlier poster in this thread, (maybe you) mentioned that it took 45 minutes for your alliance to put a decent sized gang together. This, to my mind, seems to go against the whole philosophy of the Privateers and it won't be long before ppl are trying to order your alliance members to "get their asses" to such and such a system where [insert name] alliance has blobbed up. Basically you (Privateers) will become just another alliance, albeit one with a lot of ppl shooting at you. As regards to whether I can say the same about having lots of targets when I enter local... We play the game differently. I "role-play" being a mercenary. I like the discipline of only hunting down, (or running away from) contracted targets. It's even rare for us as a corp to use NBSI in 0.0. You guys like having as many targets as possible. Different gaming styles, what's important is that we enjoy what we are doing, but I would never dream of saying that my way of playing is the right way or better.

And you knew all 47 targets in local were camping the same station and not at the other station? Are you like Leto - that doesn't know how many gates or stations there are in a system? So brave, the Privateers, to jump into a system with lots of war targets in local. Well, I doubt they will lie like you do. You said you lost 5-6 bs? Your own killboard says you lost 9 battleships. And some of the kill mails show battleships that you did not lose meaning you jumped in with more than 9. And - they lost 5 battleships, not 6 as you claim.
