People need to understand that Celes is all about enjoying the game through pvp and personally I don't think we have ever professed to believe anything other than that. On the issue of how we have represented what has been happening in Fountain, I don't think we have been misleading. I have seen what has been happening so I know. What other people think is happening is irrelevant, it dosen't change the reality of the situation. Belief is not a requirement of truth. In fact, we are too nice, there are things we know about a certain enemy alliance that would make a lot of people go Everyone needs to chill out, it's just a game, celes aren't trying to eat your babies and steal your pants (ok maybe lodhi). In fact we are on good terms with many enemies, even some who have managed to get positive kill ratios on us. If you look at who actually is stalking us/flaming us etc on the boards, you will see a pattern emerge. You Arenis are not in celes, you do not understand our motivations and we do not need to rationalise our actions to you or anyone publicly if we do not want to. It is often strategically beneficial to remain elusive about certain issues. Our outward disposition is not necessarily representative of what is really going on. Which should be the case with any military entity. I would not expect BoB to relinquish thier motivations to me, just because i'm might questions some of thier actions. And no the best way to hurt celes is nothing to do with "ego", the best way to hurt us is by not fighting us. Or making it impossible for us to fight. You can speculate and tin foil hat it all you want. Most of the fleet fights I have ever been in with celes have usually involved us jumping into a difficult situation while massively out numbered. My favourite memory of which was fighting stain something like 20 vs 50 in HEDGP. I had 14 kill mails at the end of the fight I have been flying with celes since 2003 and the attitude has always been "screw it" lets just attack, we fight for fun, not because we want to win 100% of the time. We can only take so much boredem sitting at a safe before we jump into a situation that is remotely winnable. This is shown both in the stats and in various videos.
