My launcher eventually did start running after about 15 mins.
I think the problem is that when it (the launcher) is downloading a patch for itself it does not update the progress bar. it just suddenly restarts and downloads the game patch so you have this time where it appears to be doing nothing. |

Something in combat is causing my computer to completely lock up on me. Not sure if its a particular graphic or effect that causing it. First time it happened i was on my third frigate in the new Operation Frostline encounters when the system locked up. Logged back in and completed the site with a corp mate. So thats around 20 ship kills (shield and armour effects all running) with no crashes. I can sit in space for an hour and nothing goes wrong, i can interact with POS's - no issues. But when i start combat, i typically crash within 2 minutes.
Since encountering the issue i've run Rescache. Udpated my ALL of my graphics software and drivers, re-installed eve and still... I am crashing during combat.
Running a fairly modern system , i7 4820k, R9 290X and Windows 7 64bit - 16Gb ram.
Help!? |

Wow, talk about a nasty mouse bug that grows the longer I was logged in.
Somehow triggered one of the mouse bug issues, where the cursor starts intermittent response to movements. Every single gate jump, dock, undock, (loading screen delay seems to be the common theme here) the cursor not responding gets worse. Given enough time, my tracball becomes a paperweight on the computer desk.
Yes, I have replaced the battery. Yes, ran rescache (nothing missing or corrupted), repair tool (no problems listed), checked mouse driver for an update (there wasn't one). Yes, cleared cache from the ESC window when logging out.
CCP, there's a problem. I kind of need the mouse cursor to Work Correctly when playing, since I do a bit more than ship spinning.

The capacitor indicator in the center of the wheel randomly disappears. I get tremendous lag upon docking and undocking and/or switching ships as well as at the character selection screen - in particular I get a resources indicator indicating that resources are loading for excessive and indeterminate times. The lag happens on only one client - not the other - and it doesnt matter which client I log first - as its always the second client. Sometimes I will switch ships and I will still appear in the old ship with a resources indicator spinning. I have tried clearing the cache and deleting log files to get rid of the lag but that hasnt seemed to work. Never had any of these issues prior to the recent updates.
I don't play, I just fourm warrior.

When I warp on a grid and there are hostiles, be it NPCs or PCs my eve.exe crashes. I have to relog and hope that the autowarp was quick enough or be in a capsule. Mind you this doesn't happen all the time, but at least 6-7 times yesterday. |

Am I the only one having problems with the endurance 50% cloaking CPU not being applied?
Cloak T2 is using 60 CPU instead of the 30 that it should be using after bonus applied correctly. |

The new/enhanced engine effects - lovely - but they aren't applying to the Oneiros (and I suspect Exeq') moveable engines. They stay 'idling' all the time.

Dec 8 Patch for Logi.
So I fly shield Incursions and I was here the day of the Logi changes. To say that rep alpha was awesome is an understatement. We ran with 7 logi's (2-3 Basi's 4 Scimis) in a TCRC and stabilized a Vindi taking full room aggro with all logi's running 1 rep. Heck we even did a Mom site with 8-9 logi's easy as pie.
However, as of the past week things have gone down the tube.
Issues:
1. I've noticed having 10 logi's and I'm having to stagger all 4 reps again. This is unacceptable to be frank.
2. Coming out of a room usually I top off my Vindi's before entering the next room. For instance a Vindi with 80% shield I can top off staggering 2 reps, in about 2-3 secs, (First 5 days after patch). Now, 4 staggered reps 10-15 secs. o.O
At this moment I'm working on getting a spread sheet with Value's to find out the amount per rep Vs Incoming Damage - Shield HP. However if some motivator has this, please share I will donate :b
Could this be a bug? Or maybe a weird coincidence that all Logi's happen to apply their reps at the exact same time causing lag making it seem as if more reps are required?
Since the Patch I have really enjoyed flying logi and have even been able to take up roles like updating Logi MOTD. I would like to continue but something has to change.
PS: I'm new to posting anywhere in Eve so I'd like to know where I can make suggestions for new patch's: Like adding an incoming Rep history from specific Pilots option. vOv It just seems logical if your able to see incoming/outgoing DPS, why not be able to view incoming reps. Or better yet Logi see's how much their giving out per cycle. OR maybe thats way to OCD |

Has not changed yet and have not seen any reply if it happend to be intended.
Armor Damage state do not persist after a short period out of combat armor Damage visuals vanish. Armor Damage in general tends to be out of sync with the actual remaining armor percentage as it is possible to have a from bottom to top scorched hull even with 100% armor remaining.
The New Tracking Computer FX does not scale well with larger Hulls in a ship class like the Dominix as most of it is obscured by the Ship model does work fine tho on sleeker ship hulls. |

TBH I liked the Shield Effects, however since the Patch I haven't noticed 1 crash. Same goes for the TC effects. Game play seems to be running smoother. But I understand your point.
vOv The only reason I'm usually concerned about Sheild effects is because its good to know who is rolling with their harder's on.
Armor Damage Point *Agreed* /Yes I noticed (Locked Target Shield Damage) not matching the Watch list shield damage. Kinda scared the crap out of Logi's preparing to lock him with 10% shield showing on WL but Stable once locked.

Since the patch v.2.2.990431, 15 dec. 15, we have new visual effect on shield hardener. This effect is stultifying (sound an visual effect).
I liked the idea of seeing the protection of shield hardener only when the shied recieved damage and only one time when I activate the shield hardener.
Please rollback and remove repetitive sound and visual effect on shield hardener. |

Tacking camera didn't work after initial undock. F12 bug report submitted. Warped away from station, tracking camera began working. Redocked undocked and tracking camera continued working. Relaunched client and tested again successfully. Tracking camera continued to function.
Seems to have only occurred on the initial launch after receiving the latest update. |

Tracking cam, I think, broke this morning (hour ago from this). I was using right-click to pan the cam around and when I let go, the camera froze in place instead of returning to normal orientation like it should. Thought to myself, "Uh...neat trick?"
Tried to use "look at" on a rat to force the cam to correct itself, which seemed to work at first, but then when I returned the cam to my ship, the camera locked itself above my ship looking straight down. Tried to adjust the camera, but it refused to do anything. "Look at" didn't work, panning/zooming with mouse and mouse wheel didn't work, using both left and right mouse to zoom didn't, even turning tracking cam on didn't work at least until I enable center tracking. I've ran into this only once before when the tracking camera feature was first added, but it never happen twice so I thought nothing of it and the first time it triggered only while using tracking. This time it happen with it off. Not sure what to make of that...tracking cam bug or just some random camera shenanigans? If it happens again, I'll file a bug report on it.
Also, zoom buttons still not function, contrary to them being "fixed". Hoping CCP can get all the cam probes in Eve together and give them all a serious ass hwoopin' for acting up and misbehaving. Then make the zoom buttons stand in the corner facing the wall in time-out.
Nvm about the "fixed" thing. Can't read for **** today. Sorry, CCP Lebowski.

Seems the bug where the mouse cursor freaks out and doesn't do what I tell it to do is still up to it's antics. Also found some rather annoying bugs when viewing the full body image for characters. The turn/tilt/zoom is way off kilter on the mouse buttons. Used to be, all of that could be done with just the left button and the scroll wheel. Right button didn't matter.
Mouse issues.
Time to set some rat traps and fix this set of bugs?

Stuff will be selected when I release the mouse button. It's incredibly annoying when you use the same mouse button to move the camera around. Stuff should be selected when I press the mouse button, not when releasing it. |

The venture lists a '100% bonus to mining yield', and in the attributes section has a 'mining amount multiplier' of 2. That's correct.
The endurance lists a '300% bonus to mining yield', and in the attributes section has a 'mining amount multiplier' of 3. These are inconsistent.
What you want is either:
role bonus: '300% bonus to mining yield', and in the attributes section: 'mining amount multiplier' of 4
or
'200% bonus to mining yield', and in the attributes section: 'mining amount multiplier' of 3
