Logging into a normally cap stable Stratios and now my ship has gone down to under 1 minute before its cap dry.
I have to go back and look at the tiercide but I don't recall seeing anything that shouldn't have impacted the duration of the cap. Even a normally cap stable Astero is now 2:43 seconds with nothing running.
I'm not sure what changed as I've got through the patch notes and saw nothing that should have impacted this fit.
Help?

Effects are playing from the ship camera anchor rather than the ship center now.

There's my issue. The "use overview settings" option of the dscan window is gone, and we have this stupid list that we cannot scroll through. Seriously? Who the hell thought that was a good idea to make this change? The new dscan window was working great before this change today.
I'm going back to the old dscan/probe windows till this changes or is fixed. |

Sounds silly, but it already beginning to annoy the **** out of me. I keep selecting my own ship or stations without actually intending to. I've already accidentally warped to the wrong thing twice because it keeps selecting something else.
Also, background (nebulae) detail seems to have diminished quite a bit. Even on smaller screens, it's looks badly textured. And, kind of a personal preference, the star density seems really low too -- looks like we are viewing Eve from Earth atmosphere in a city.
I'm glad someone else noticed this problem. I was beginning to think that I was crazy and that it had always been like this. It's really annoying, especially when you're 1) outside a station where there's a good chance you'll mouse over it while dragging your camera around or 2) have camera tracking on because your camera keeps trying to focus on the station every time you drag your camera somewhere else.
To clarify what the problem seems to be for anyone else who might be wondering, if, while dragging the camera around, your mouse ends on any selectable object in space, you'll automatically select that object (which if you have camera tracking on means your camera will zoom towards it). Definitely not good when you're quickly trying to move the camera around during an engagement and accidentally autoselect the wrong item before you attempt to approach or orbit.
Compounding on this is the fact that it keeps unselecting "center" camera tracking and defaults to either no tracking of custom tracking (which seems to be getting set to "top left corner") every time I undock. |

Two (very) annoying issues:
1) Rorqual cap efficiency mining foreman link does not apply to the fleet. The other two apply normally but this does not. My hulks run out of cap when running miners and shield boosters at the same time. This was not the case before the patch. My cap was stable at ~30%. I have rebooted, removed the module, reinserted it, offlined it, in and out of industrial mode etc. No fix. 2) Even when all my clients are zoomed out, I can hear annoying ratting sounds and mining laser sounds. Please make it so zooming out reduces volume again.

Sounds do not fade out anymore. Before yesterday, when I zoomed out, all ship/cloaking/weapon/prop mod sounds would fade out, but now they remain as loud as when I am zoomed in very close to the ship even at max zoom distance.

Some pilots are complaining about blueprints not being seeded, I see no problem with that, as there is no mention of new blueprints in the patch notes.

Something is wrong with missiles/ drones / rattlesnake ehp bonus. 25% armor on a drone damaged , drone removed from rattle and moved to station items. Replace them with other ones. Repair all (before undock) ,and i got the info that removed drone is damaged to like 143%. ( but this is patch day , so ok )
I warp drop drones , and new drones almost die in like 20s to first aggro ( got them out on structure) This never happened before.
Caldari mission rats.

I had the drone damage issue before the patch - often repaired them with 150%+ damage :p I have the same issue with drones pulling aggro after the patch as well - I can do 0.0 anomalies without using my shieldbooster. By micromanaging the drones, i should be able to run the harder anoms solo with ease, which i doubt is intended. No mention of changes to AI from what i've read, so guessing (hairbrained) that it has something to do with the grid. |

This is intended. We wanted to cut out the wrecks and just drop one important loot container.

With the module tiericide initiative we are slowly phasing out the relevance of the level 1-4 meta levels. Instead, meta level modules will be almost identical to their tech 1 counterparts, with one or two improvements (and will all be simply meta 1). If you compare the stats of the Tech 1, Scoped and Compact versions of these modules, you will see that the compact has a lower cpu usage and activation cost, the scoped has an increased range and both have a higher neut value than the tech I. In all other ways they are identical. Both are viable options depending on your situation. Obviously it may take time for the market to reflect these changes, but you may find the value of the items changing as this becomes clearer to everyone.
TL:DR: Because the module has gone from meta 4 to meta 1 has no bearing on its quality going forward. We are phasing out the use of meta 1-4 to indicate quality, instead meta variants will usually give you a single unique benefit over their T1 counterparts.

On the Warp Disruption Fields re balance thread , there was a statement that both sansha and concord version will drop and be available in LP store , yet sansha item was not created in the lp store.

I am getting mouse control issues since today's patch.
Can't zoom in / out or rotate my ship in space. Plus can't get clicks to work without first selecting the game from the task bar, even if it is the frontmost window.

Ok after todays mini patch when ever i right or left click in space or say scanner its like my maouse is unplugged. Its not the mouse as my other account works fine.. Have tried relogging several times to no avail :( Anybody else have this issue ?

Aw man, still no shield continuous booster / hardener effects :( Space still looks awful with color banding, compression blocks and general blurry'ness. MWD/AB still sounds like scooters in space. Ships are ignoring lighting? They look like legos again.
Sounds are sort of fixed. Zooming in/out will increase/lower volume. Docking at stations will now blast your ears to bits. Seriously. Take care not to put the volume too high. |

I was flying with the map open rather than looking at the star background. This seems to cause multiple issues when jumping through gates. Either I get stuck while jumping or the camera rotation gets stuck ot the map won't update, etc.. Seems pretty horrible.
Loss is meaningful. Therefore is the loss of meaning likewise meaningful. It is the source of all trolling.

While other turret tracking disruptors have been renamed and their attributes changed somewhat, I don't see any mention of the heavy nerf to the strength of " 'Investor' Tracking Disruptor I" in patchnotes or any devblog/thread in F&I (attribute changes to turret tracking disruptors weren't announced at all if I'm not mistaken).
-17.19% now vs -17.73% before patch may not look like much but combined with a bonused ship, max skills, a perfect fleet booster and heat it makes a huge difference, especially in the scenario that it's being used in by the Anti-ganking community. Did this change slip through unintentionally?
