I'm getting a thanatos in the near future to use as a pirating ship/movile home/e-peen extender and i was wondering...
What should i name it?

A word of warning: DON'T.
Those rigs won't affect cap reps, only rigs that affect the stats of the ship will (cap recharge, armor amount)

I'd go for 2x Cap Recharge 1x Cap Size myself.. Could run 3 reps infinite with this if I didn't miscalculate.. Assuming you have 4-5 cap recharger IIs in meds and 1 beta CPR or better

3x Recharge is the best combo, and a Thanatos doesnt have enough lows for 3 reps, a CPR and enough resist mods to tank properly.

I'm personally willing to drop one hardener/ean for a third repper giving another 320 armor/s with base stats alone.. Adding even more armor/s depending on your skill level

While 'Ed the carrier' is nice, as is the 'USS Kenny Rogers', i am quite convinced it should be the 'Harry' or, if you feel redneckish in the evening 'Hank'.
However, I still think EvE needs more and better tactical warning sounds.

I tend to stick to names that sound latin even though they're made up names. Evictus Mordu is one example. My Myrmidon had a less subtle name though. I just named it after what it looks like, a Piranha.

"Navy Issue Dominix" has a nice ring to it.
I named mine "Death Instinct" after a fellow corp mate found it referencing the name Thanatos on the Wikipedia website. Plenty of possible names on that page!
