yeah what i meant was for survivablity i rat alot in like 0.4-0.1 secs i rarley go to a 0.0 sec and i almost always get hit by indivadual ships maily bs or bc and on a raven do most people use a cruiser setup or heavies for ratting cuz i figure ...

have had a passive drake tank still dies when my comp locks up when you go passive like that you still take damage and over time the damage will kill you with this build you end up with roughly 60-70% ressits on shields and can active sheild boost...
