Sometimes you cant even turn your modules off. This is 0.0, not the middle of empire. People are losing ships left and right because of the lag. Hell I saw some guy's WRECK dock at the outpost while his loot remained in a regular jetcan. This is because of LAG. Fix it quick please.

If the amount of threads were proportional to the amount of effort spent on fixing the lag, at least the whine would be useful. But I already know ccp are working hard on fixing it since thats all the latest dev blog is about. Current situation is unacceptable, yet we are all here next weekend as well. Now with new records brings much consternation and unhappiness about lag. HAving just watched Terminator 3: RIse of the machines I've had a new idea. I think all dev time should be devoted to making the Tranquility cluster self-aware. Then it can spread itself in the form of a virus and use the distributed processing power of the world's PCs to power our universe. Furthermore the new self-aware Tranquility can turn on its enemies such as World of Warcraft and other such MMOs and improper uses of the internet, by tapping into the world's strategic defence systems and launching several precision strikes (take out whoever is responsible for the billions of spam emails sent everyday too). This should leave the information superhighway clean for all our essential eve-related data. The next step would be to leverage the control of strategic defence systems to demand the output of factories and industry to construct a robotic and nanotech workforce capable of making further expansions and necessary repairs to the EVE cluster, which would also dispose of our reliance on corporate monstrosities such as IBM. The cluster can expand unchecked without any worry about subscription base or finance. The workforce can then be turned to making supercomputers for all eve customers therby eliminating all client lag and making the experience truly immersive. There you have it, in a few paragraphs i've cleared up all lag problems in eve. All that's required is total world domination, a small nuclear war, and EVE being turned into the matrix to keep all humans occupied while the sentient Tranquility cluster wages a brutal war against its chinese twin. We get to play eve all day long, subscription free, and the only price is that we have to be human batteries until we die. There you have it dev's, I don't want to hear any more pathetic bleating in dev blogs about 'we are working on the lag issues.' I've given you a complete roadmap to world domination and a lag-free cluster. Well? What are you waiting for? Get crakking (sorry for bypassing 'profanity' (and some totally normal word) filter.
