Xenofur Di-Tron Heavy Industries Freelancer Alliance	Posted - 2007.01.14 20:51:00 - [1] In short, end of last year Jacor Takor and Demarcus were voted president and vice president of FLA. At the beginning of this year Jacor had some real life issues and had to turn over control to someone else. Due to position and alliance-wide trust control of the main assets were given over to Demarcus for the interim. After that votings began and Demarcus even ran as vice again in combination with our (now) president Daedal V. At this moment he pretty much decided: "I want to have fun now.", asked his corp: "Hey let's steal 11 billion ISK from FLA and run away." to which they seemingly agreed happily. [21:30:35] Demarcus > you can throw the feathers as well none here give a ****, this is the most fun we have had as a corp in 6 months FLA in itself isn't hurt very much, the ISK will be regained. What hurt most is being lied to and being betrayed by one who pretended to want to lead the alliance. -- Regarding stitcher's comment: It was a joke based on a forum post on the FLA forums. He doesn't even know who Demarcus is in RL. Regardless, pretty much everyone here agrees that it was a quite stupid (and dangerous) joke.
