I was mining in a Brutix when a or thief started to steal from me. After letting him pull a couple times I sent my five medium drones to pay his barge a visit. The thief warped out with only hull left and I continued mining with the confidence of the innocent(ignorant?). Then I see him warp back in and lock him up. Wait a second... a RAVEN?! Uh oh. He proceeds to pummel me with cruise missiles while I recall my drones and attempt evacuation. Next thing I known I'm half armor and hung up on an asteroid. Quick maneuvering away and I warp out with 25% hull left and dock at the station as fast as possible. Sitting at the station I listen to the smack and decide to mount up my battlecruiser for some fun. Now fully armed I undock to find the thief sitting just outside the station. Lock up, unload drones and open fire. Things are going pretty well as his shields are about as low as my armor and I'm keeping up with damage reasonably well. Next thing I know I've lost my lock. WTF, this is possible?! I guess more research was necessary before attempting to attack another ship. Lock back on and continuing fire. Now he is keeping me fairly locked down and since I can't NOS him my cap is declining fast. As I run out of cap and my armor hits 25% I decide its time to leave the fight (it is pretty unbalanced, who would blame me for running). ...You are not allowed to dock because of recent aggression?... !!!!!OMG!!!!! Now I'm loosing it because this is my first BC which took me some time to earn and I'll have to drop back to a cruiser because I can't afford to replace this ship. DOCK!... 75% hull DOCK!!!... 50% hull DOCK!!!!!... 25% hull. Your docking request has been accepted. YESSSS!!!!!! THANK YOU!!!!! Checking out the status of my Brutix I find 5% hull left. Ok it wasn't an OMG this is going to be sweet moment but it was an OMG that was sweet moment. This event made me decide to start learning how to properly loose ships so I can take out even more.

So Myriad quickly put up a gate camp of 50 men and 2 fuzzy nuts "small friendly alliance" over a little while and as soon as thier scout saw us they headed to other side of hostile outpost where we stopped watching them. So we started to head back and disband when we got word that a they reformed with about a 50 man gang that was quickly headed twords us "after closer inspection it was about 45". Now down to 29 men with some afk we formed up as quickly as possible and managed to get a 39 man gang "probebly 35 since some were still not back in position yet" when THEY jumped through into our dictor bubble. Outnumbered by 10 hostiles we had mostly Battlecruisers and Battleships while they faught with a fleet of T1 and T2 frigs. 14 dead ships later thier small fast ships were able to easily run from our powerhouses. The wrecks numbered 9 to 5 in our favor losing mostly support ships, had the battle longer things would have looked even better for us. One of the best fleet engagements I have ever had. Lag was insane, safespots were *****ed and good fun was had by all. Kudos to the BoB guys there last night and thanks to E-R for a good time .

Rest of us jumped in and pwned him... Then he undocks in his Vagabond. Despite that fast little bastard of a ship, I manage to tackle and hold him in my 'ranis just long enough for the cavalry to jump in and finish him off. Total losses to us: 1 Taranis. We deliberate as to wether we should engage, and I almost rule it out, when I hit gang warp Expected us to all die, but we practically insta-fried the diemos, and the nighthawk died about 2 minutes after, and all we lost was a rupture ---

And me on the other side of the gate with a BM that I know for sure puts me right in the middle of them, and 3 20km scramblers fitted. The oh God no moment came when... My goal is simple stay in pirate infested low spec zone that has lots of action and salvage the wrecks. Encoutered say over 30pirates no one got me yet. While on one day I had particulary good luck getting out alive, first encoutered a T2 recon ship, than latter a Curse that Nos'ed me till the capicitor was dry an still made it away with bout 5mil in the cargo. Than bout 10min latter warped in to another belt to do my thing an found both T2 ships and bout 3 other people sitting at 0km waiting for me. Me of course yelling out "AHH CRAP!!" while trying to warp while getting shot and Nos'ed again. After that I swaped out a shield extender on both with a cap injector an started playing with the Curse pilot, he was not happy. Went there in a Vigil first let him Nos me while warping hit the injector and bam I was out of there. The WTF, Cheap BLEEP, were definately signs that I did my job that day. (in a course of bout 2 hours I think I got jumped by a 2 T2 ships, 5 Frigs, an bout 2-3 Cruisers) Boomhaur, Eifers National PK Sport

Order was given for the only guy in the system to keep quiet and remain at the POS, aligned to the first belt (was getting pretty late). We send a NOSDomi through, who proceeds to the first belt directly, after a few minutes of no bites he begins the kind of performance that was oscar-worthy in every way... "Err corpmateX... Give us a hand with these rats, ones got me scrammed and I have the wrong drones" Ok, so it certainly wouldn't fool any pirate worth mentioning, but the silence in local must have been compelling. Sure enough, the first hostile arrives, making a beeline for the guy. He begins to engage the Domi, but the Domi doesn't engage back... it simply scrams him and tanks the damage. Hostile number 2 turns up to help finish off our comrade. Things begin to get frantic on voice comms, the Domi immeadiately unveils the suprise and starts dual-nossing each of them... In jump 12 battle-weary pilots from next door, gang warping straight to the belt. Piloting an Interdictor, I had that joyous moment as both hostile cruiser were within 3500m of the point we warped to. Bubble down and the fun began... 30 seconds later both hostiles are staring at the inside of their clonebay and we're all in fits of laughter. They never did come back for a rematch :( Mort

Because I got bored with the brutix a while ago I took a punisher on his last run. so I warp in this belt and see a cyclone sitting there and think. I took a ferox out in a punisher the night before, lets try the cyclone. So I start shooting him and he releases his drones so I target drones and shoot them like crazy, cause they doing ** damage to my little toy. Soon later I'm ed and didn;'t kill one drones :( looking at the log file: Warrior II belonging to barely scratches you, causing 7.0 damage. Warrior II belonging to ** hits you, doing 10.6 damage. Your Gatling Modulated Energy Beam I barely misses Serpentis Patroller. Your Gatling Modulated Energy Beam I barely misses Serpentis Patroller. I noticed dude you didn't target the drones you shot the rats :( ...I was one sad pirate, but it was a sweet fight and I got a bounty of the rat! i was used to be ceo and now I have nothing to say, this is so relaxing :)
