Snowball fights were fun. I paid millions for my stash of launchers and snowballs and used them regularly. Frankly, YES. When I got my snowballs it was a very nice touch, I felt a real sense of the playerbase being cared for, it was a nice token to hand out. I don't care for massive new expansions with more capital ships and prettier explosions. As for setting it back another week...how long would it take to make something original for us to have this year? Hardly a week. I play Eve for the completeness and wholeness of the game, I love the mature playerbase that manages to avoid catching so many infuriating american 12 year olds, and I loved being able to just fly through space and gaze at how pretty everything was when I started playing, it's things like that that made me fall in love with the game, not Titans.

Or by making them regular weapons doing something like 1 hp of damage that still count as starting aggression... No need to delete the items entirely. I kept my stack intact from the moment they were put in the hangar simply because it was nice thing to have, so rather miffed about it :\|

I honestly don't care that they removed them, But, they should have made it into an event. Mention the snowballs were made using somekind of chemical which is breaking down soonÖ and that there will be big snowball fights in 'random systems' in the 4 states (high sec otherwise some people will put 'stones' in their 'snowballs') to celebrate the comming of the Jin-Mei new year or something. That means a great fight event for everyone, people will love ccp for doing it and it will be a nice stress test, people won't be annoyed by kicking stuff out of the database without warning, only positive stuff here... Of course it's more work than just delete column where name contains snowball.. really a missed opportunity here, I'm amazed the event team didn't stop this.. .. too bad guys, too bad .. All the stuff above does not necessarily reflect my corp, my alliance or even me.. Drone guide..
