Official Notice of Intent to Curse Alliance.
Evolution extends the following terms of surrender for the members of Curse Alliance. These demands are legitimate, and if met, will resolve the outstanding issues and reparations necessary to end hostilities levied towards the Curse Alliance and its supporters by Evolution Corporation.
Terms of surrender are as follows,
1. Remaining Curse Alliance corporations are required to pay reparations in the sum of (1) Level 2 Battleship, to then be distributed to corporations that have suffered losses from this war. If a corporation is unable to supply the Level 2 Battleship, a substitution of 100,000,000 isk can be paid in lieu.
2. Curse Alliance corporations are required to vacate the curse region within 5 days of accepting these terms. Safe passage will be granted as soon as the first demand is met
3. Curse Alliance is to be disbanded and must recognize Curse Coalition as the sole authorized governing entity of the curse region.
4. Curse Alliance corporations are also ordered to un-rent any office spaces that they currently maintain in the HLW-HP system of the Elysium constellation, residing in the Curse region. Office spaces in other systems of Curse region may remain in possession of the corporations currently holding them.
All Corporations within Curse Alliance are urged to adhere to these demands. Prompt acceptance of these terms of surrender is necessary to reduce continued losses to Curse Alliance forces. All of this will be made public in due time.
Failure to comply with these terms will result in ongoing military action against corporations that do not wish to pursue this opportunity. There will be no safe haven in this universe for those corporations that do not comply. Inquiries may be directed to Shrike, Commander of Fleet Operations for Evolution Corporation.
All issues will be discussed privately beforing going public. If need be, no public statement will be made until the surrending party has been able to vacate Curse, to stop hostilities from the Curse Alliance.

Nothing like a good ol' surrender thread.
Any news if any CA corps have accepted the terms? I highly doubt it personally. I was under the impression a lot more fighting was to take place.

The Curse Coalition has a short list of black listed corps (mostly the historic pirate corps, individuals, and those die hards that support them) we will never allow to operate in the Curse or Surrounding regions. The other 95% of the CA will be welcome to stay after the war.
I'm sure the undesirables can find some other group of dupes to support them somewhere else. The majority of honest and peacefull CA members have the ability to end the senselss violence. Lets clean up Curse and move on.
I would also requst that an addition be made to the terms that the GWP be recognized as the authority of the Great Wild Lands. They are good honest people who have also had CA aggression forced upon them.
The CA as one alliance need not attept theese terms. We will negoiate with any CA members that wishes to leave the CA and live in peace.

To add a bit to SirMolle's original post...
The Curse Coalition recognizes that, in some cases, Curse Alliance corporations were forced to join the Curse Alliance simply as a matter of survival. We completely understand that this was the case and we also understand that this war has affected your gameplay immensely. However, we still hold that Curse Alliance corporations accepting these terms will be required to leave the warzone, so that the remaining corporations can be systematically irradicated. By first estimates, this should not take very long in clearing the systems of all military threats still holding to the Curse Alliance leadership.
After the time in which the Curse Alliance dissolves, the corporations which have retreated will be contacted by myself or a representative of the Curse Coalition, and perhaps in some cases an invitation to join the Coalition will be extended.
Office space in HLW-HP will be provided to those corporations that are invited to the Curse Coalition.
The Curse Coalition has no intention to close Curse and the surrounding areas to any corporations that wish to occupy these areas. The entire time we have fought for liberation of these regions, we have kept a vision of a freeflowing economy and a safehaven from piratical activities. This vision gets brighter every day, and the day will come when all of the EVE Universe can take part in this experience.
I sincerley urge the corporations of the Curse Alliance that do not wish any more hostilities to contact SirMolle, myself, or any director of Tyrell Corp listed on our website at http://tyrell.eve-mhi.com.
Furthermore, and this is directed to the "alt" corporation of one Curse Alliance corporation that has declared war on Tyrell Corp... you are hereby ordered to surrender immediately. Feel free to contact me with terms of surrender you consider fair within the next 24 hours. Your corporations will not be allowed this opportunity again after this time period.

It may very well have sounded like a joke but there is a lot more to it and there is a serious side to it. We have been getting word from many of the CA members that they are tired of the war. They are tired of their ships getting destroyed and tired of supporting loud mouth morons that never come to their aid when under attack... and it's going to get worse if it does not end soon. We have people approaching us almost daily asking how to end this.
Think I'm joking? Back in one of my threads that got locked concerning the CA losing 30 battleships to the CC last month one of your members spoke volumes. "I have never heard of most of those people". So since you don't know them you don't really care what happens to them do you? Well they where the guys paying dues to keep you in business.
The CA is slowing going away. Members are slowly leaving, causalities are mounting, existing members are unhappy. I see more SA and CC in Curse every night than I do CA. There are about two or three systems I can find CA people in if we want to and thatĘs about it.
It can all end now. The kewl dude pirates can go somewhere else, war will end, the people that don't want to be associated with the pirates can stop paying their "dues" and selling the pirates ships to keep alive. The honest CA members have an opportunity here to end the war and do what they really want to do.
Pirates and Piracy will not be tolerated in Curse. The CA will eventually be forced out, and there will be peace. Many CA corps will be welcome to stay. ThatĘs the bottom line.
I also think itĘs funny that the people in the CA screaming the loudest about this are not the miners, builders, and traders. ItĘs mostly the pirates and war mongers that just want to fight and keep their war machine in tact. Wake up CA! You are being used by these people!

I think that was him. We where sweeping a system and he bolted to a station. Bad move... we had it coverd. Suggest to him not to hoof it to a station when the enemy shows up. Stations and gates usually get covered quick.
