Ahh but there is one major difference. Unlike the CA, we are offing the CA members a peacefull end to this conflict and we are willing to let most of the CA corps stay in Curse.
We had made overtures to the CA trying to figure out what we could do to remain in Curse and end the war in the past. Our answer; nothing, the CC must leave. Well we did not leave. We chose to stay and fight. When our numbers where less than our enemines we hit our enemy where they where the most vulnerable. We picked our fights very carefully to cause the most damage with the least risk. We did very well and we continue to do well.
As our numbers grew and our freinds and neigbors brought the fight to Curse we stepped up our attacks. Now we stand along side our friends trying to rid Eve of the greatest menance to honest, peace loving people everywhere, The Curse Alliance of Pirates.
The CA will nver again threaten it's neighbors, extort the weak, or supply the pirates of Eve with a safe haven and support. They will never again be permitted to use the region to build a war machine and support their wars of aggresison with hopes of building a massive empire for all to fear.
The honest hard working members of the CA can end this. Leave the CA and the pirates, let it die. There is no dishonor in doing the right thing.

Problem is Scragg, im sure you remember yesterday where myself and 4 BOS, and 2 non BOS were fighting you guys, were were well outnumbered and tried to pick you guys of one at a time. During this time yourself and Starwolf were talking to me and a few others in locally, you were trying to persuade us to leave CA and join the Dark side  .
We then*****ed up and lost 2 ships, which we congratulated you on in local, only to be met with a lot of smack talk, sh1t talk etc from the CC people and the SA guys in local.
Normally that is fine, but to happen after you spend 10 minutes persuading us how you repsect BOS and dont want to fight us, and then when you do get a few kills you guys let loose in local on us.
Ask Starwolf what me and Thorthegreat were like in Local and we got 3 ship kills in OSY an hour before, that conflict was very Civil and i respect Starwolf's attitude for coming back and back back  and still being friendly in chat with no crap been spoken.

30 BS kills yesterday to the CA. HomoErectus (Forum-*****Cheif) among them.
A Counter Proposal:
To Evolution:
3 Terms:
1) Leave Curse. Do not enter Curse, Stain, Catch, GW, SP or any of the adjacent areas.
2) Pay reparations of 1,000,000,000 isk (10 BSs alternatively)
3) Produce and surrender 10 homo-erectus corpses (for our own 'personal' enjoyment ;) )
To CC:
1) meet with a CA tribunal. Eject from your ships (yes i know most of you only have cruisers or kestrals). Get podded. Repeat 12 times.
2) Pay reparations of 30 CC Eve online account passwords.
3) Go play CS, theyll appreciate your mental facilties more there.
To SA:
1) No peace sorry :)
to FA:
1) Reparations of 1 bill isk or 10 lev2 BSs
to GWP:
1) Leave our space.
2) pay 1 bill isk (or 10 lev2 BSs)

Of the supposed 30 battleship kills that CA claims, I was the only Evolution battleship lost, which was unavoidable and not acredited to any skill within the CA. |

WEll i find it highly interesting that only the other day the CA fielded a large fleet to meet CC/SA & Evolution forces then all of a sudden, their nowhere to be seen.
Not buying it all i'm afraid guys, the attitude of the CA on here does seem shakey, however i must admit that i still believe the CA is very much capable of holding out, for now at least.

We frown on smack talk in most cases in the CC. Unless it is someome we truely do not respect it should not happen.

the reason why the majority of ca wont fight evol is because they exploit. we are quite happy to fight cc/sa/gwp.

Have we lost fighters over the last few weeks? Yes.
Is our "decent fighter" tank empty? No
Doesnt mean much considering how much both sides have lost in this war. Just means all involved CA members will be getting more experience to "top off" that tank for us in days and weeks to come.

I guess that explains why Zolata was spewing at mouth this evening in local and trying to recruit Xetic to join the CA. She even mentioned maybe you would stage an incident to make it look like SA or CC where attacking them to get them to ally with the CA.
There seems to be quite a bit of erratic activity from CA lately. Members moving to MO0, all kind of crazy propaganda and disinformation, one of your members bragging in local about possibly attacking XETIC and trying to trick them into joining CA. Some members being willing to talk peace, others vowing to fight to the death.
The high water mark of CA might seems to have come and gone. Its time to end this guys. Have a deligation from the CA contact Joviah.
