And now I've convinced myself that the SP giveout is Xmas!! Myself I was not overly bothered as I own more than one video game so I just played other stuff. However 200k SP is always appreciated

Even uncommon sense would say no. If you had 1 skill queue active, you'll only receive one lot of skillpoints. The better question would be which of your characters you switched between will receive the skills. I'd personally think that if you receive them on one, but would have preferred on a different one, then you'd have a good case for a petition, but hope you receive them on the one you want to begin with so you don't have to worry about that.
