I'd buy a Freighter and head out to MVUO-F and set destination to M-VACR and hit Autopilot.
I'd put something in my bio like:
"I am undertaking the longest journey possible in Eve. Escort or attack as you see fit."
Wherever it got blown up, I'd restart the trip with a new freighter from the kill point.

I doubt you got that bounty of 13 billion from farmers dude.. If you did, then when your bounty hit say 1billion, you kept flying and killing 2 billion, ur still flying and killing, 10 billion.. flying and killing, 13 billion, now all you do is sit in station?
obviously you put a bounty of 13 billion on yourself to let unsuspecting newbs gauk at your large bounty and listen to the "wow's" theres tons of people who can do the same, they just dont want to pay 15 bucks a month to let an account sit and do nothing..

I think I said once before:
I don't care if you think I put the bounty on myself, the bounty ISK came from farmers. If I had to manually earn it I wouldnt put it in a position where I couldnt use it. The bounty is a way of saying to the farmers "ahaha I have your ISK".
If you don't believe me, fine. I could care less.

He got the ISK off the farmers by other "means" and then transferred it all to his head.

alright mr. alien i'll break down for you why we see through your lie.
1st: no one here(or at least not most) is claiming that you did not get A bounty from farmers, i'm sure somewhere in the 100 million range is farmer bounty, and you know what that's a crap ton o money to say **** you to someone, so it means you did in fact **** people off.
2nd: What we're saying is that it's just not POSSIBLE for you to have gotten that bounty withouteither A: putting a crap ton if not all of it on yourself or B: ****ing off ONE GUY with a ridiculous amount of ISK and no way to spend it. The "Lots of Little People" approach doesn't fly, because your bounty is 26 TIMES the nearest second to you, Revan Neferis, who IIRC has a lower sec rating than you (ergo she kills more people without killing NPC rats, and you wouldn't be killing NPC rats with a 13 billion ISK bounty on you)
let me repeat, 26 times your nearest competition for the role.
you should have started it out at 4 billion instead of jumping all the way to 13, at least then it would have been SLIGHTLY believabnle.
anyway point 3: frankly your bounty hasn't changed in a while, which means you cannot possibly be doing the same things you were before, otherwise it'd go up.
so what can you do to PROVE once and for all that you didn't put that bounty on your own head? show us who DID. it can't have been many people, as i said, because little people don't throw that kinda money at someone as a **** you. you'd be talking about accruing bounties of 100000 each from 13000 people, or 1000000 each from 1300, and it just don't work that way man. after the 2 billion mark people would've said screw it no one's ever going to collect. so one person, 2 tops, had to have put it on you. you tell us who and let us ask them, your name is cleared. otherwise STFU NOOB.
