My alt can only use civilian guns(please note I hate the fact I have to use an alt) so it would take damn long to pod myself that and the fact that If I am big on revamping the bounty system to prevent the alt self gankage. But station hugging and self podding seem to be the same in my opinion. In reality you have nothing to gain from sitting in a station with 13bill on your head besides being able to say that you have 13bill on your head. You have done nothing meaningful in my eyes nor contributed in any major way shape or form. You fail to understand how farmers work. They have groups of farmers, grunts, that work all day to earn ISK. These guys give all of their ISK to their boss. Their boss then transfers it to various people, or an ISK reseller. I scammed their boss, or the individual farmer themselves in some cases, before they were able to send it to it's doom. The list you see there, not a single one of them was scammed for less than 100 million ISK, with the highest being 2 billion ISK. I went ahead and put a link to an example farmer transaction, it's in my bio. It's a 5 billion ISK Ibis between characters that were less than a week old at the time of the transaction. So your "Not old enough to possibly scam them" is thrown out the window.

On a side note: Personally, I wish the devs would make things so multiple accounts that have the same billing info can't collect eachother's bounties or place bounties on eachother. Neither could members of the same corp. members of the same alliance could, at a 50% (or otherwise steep) penalty. This way if members of a same alliance have a real reason to shoot at eachother, it'd be worth it, but it'd be less worthwhile to just suicide for bounties. I don't have any development or programming knowledge, but I somehow still feel strongly that it wouldn't be very hard to implement, and it would make the bounty aspect of the game a lot more appealing. Sure, these proposed changes in the bounty system wouldn't make it cheese-proof, but it would at least help cut back on the bs. Congrats to you if at least half that bounty is legit.
