I can understand your loyalty to BoB but it does not look good for them now, and you do not need to go down with them. In the end if your stances remain the same, Feyth, Querious, Delve, Fountain, will no longer be your to harbor in. This is a friendly invite to our cause, hope to hear from you soon.

I find it absolutely hysterical that you would post this NOW, after losing 6 fleet battles in 4 hours, getting successfully Doomsdayed 3 times (one for 80+ kills!) and losing THREE 150+ man fleets for negligable kills.
\0/ gogogo!
hence the post...They are hoping everyone will turn on BOB... As for me, I'd rather go down with old mates.
Qft.
And as far as the goonswarm people who are muffling about kill death ratios, if you haven't learned already winning is as much about timing as it is kill death ratios. You having negative ones inevitably makes you slower, and less able to keep up.
Have we actually had a positive k/d ratio? Im actually curious here.
Last I checked we had stopped even caring if we lost more isk-wise.

Are you kidding me?
One member of BoB cheated. He was caught, and hopefully CCP will fire t20 for his actions. I sure hope so; what he did was despicable.
On the other hand, all of Goonfleet has in the past used software that blatantly violates the EULA. In fact, since it was required, every member of Goonfleet who was playing at that time is indeed a cheater.
I would rather support an alliance where one, single person cheated than one where every single member of the alliance was required to cheat as a policy.
Your alliance are proven cheaters. You cannot spin this, it is a fact. As long as you are in EVE you cannot honestly insult anyone else as cheaters because of your own stupid decisions. Its as if Band of Brothers was flaming someone for use of propaganda; its outright, hilarious hypocrisy.

CCP had to add the lame standing indicator to local (more lag for all) because the whole of goon cheated. Your sence of sef ritcheousness is comical.

So cheating is only justified when you do it?
You cannot honestly insult anyone for cheating when cheating was one of your own alliance policies. Period.

One person? how about the people in BOB that not only knew about this, but let it happen?
Also, could you please direct me to where a Goonswarm member was caught using a third party software?
I guess the only thing we agree on is that t20 should be fired.

Yep, more lag for all \o/
Because CCP later adopted a similar 'fix' doesnt make your cheating right, now does it. Again, it was the whole of goon vs ONE guy in bob. Let that sink in...

We don't know this. It might be, but there is no evidence. Its quite possible t20 simply told them that he won the BPOs in the lottery. Of course its also quite possible he, stupidly, told them he was a dev and that he could spawn winbuttons for them. Hopefully CCP will continue the investigation until we know exactly what happened. Better yet, BoB could admit fully the extent of their role in this, if any. I'm personally waiting for an official BoB post on the topic; it'll be interesting to see whether they spill it or spin it.
I don't personally care much what the outcome is as long as we learn the full truth and people stop fearmongering.

There was a long thread in General Discussion a while back about the hack Goonfleet members used to show standings in local before the feature was implemented in Revelations. It was revealed that it was an alliance-wide feature required as policy.

I have been a member for almost 8 months. I can sincerely tell you the director board has never forced us to do anything. Other than the occasional mandatory op. Or the punishment of fitting 100 frigates because someone who wants to alt post accidentally selected his goonswarm main instead

Wrong, it was clearly a hack, and identified BY CCP as a EULA violation. They even specified what section of the EULA was compromised by the hack. The problem was detection, not definition.
It's great Goonswarm now has religion about cheating. Too bad they didn't a few months ago. Policy or no, it was very widely used, and everyone knew it.
Cheating through and through. And you're quite wrong if you think people don't care about that. Goonswarm has been comically hypocritical.

GUYS K/D RATIO.
GUYS?
Its not about K/D Ratios, its about the fact that we have forced you to change your plan and retreat with your fleet to an easier (and far less important) target. What did those losses achieve?

This thread is cute. Like a puppy. *woof!* Think of it this way, FIX were the people who took great cost and risk attempting to evacuate the reminants of Huzzah out of FAT, after not one, but two NAP breaks. Boys FIX tried the diplomatic route after that with IAC, your IAC friends said "F-Off". You picked the wrong time to dangle this carrot, albiet as withered and rotten as it is in front of alliances who very well have a strong relationship with BOB.
You think anyones going to risk the credibility of moving? What are allegiances without honor, eh? Blah, I'll fix the durn sig when I feel like it. |

BoB might not be 100% clean, BUT don't try to say that other alliances are the angels in the sky. Ebayers, complex farmers, ebaying, account sharing, logoffskies, 8/10 angel RA(T) farming, carrier stuff etc <- these are ALL part of the mega-alliance daily lives...
I remember reading something about Remedial account sharing on a random a random thread with some random chatlogs as proof. Wonder why he isn't banned yet??? Oh noes! He must be a dev!!!! ... I quit eve now... how unfair
