Yes, i want to see this cheater loosing his job, but CCP bans the one who discover all the thing, why??? You have a cheater and you bans the person who discovers him. CCP is like a Caribbean Republic

Did SOE buy this game when I was not looking? This is some bad crap, wow bad... And BoD and its defenders, come on! You got your hands caught in the cookie jar, have the guts to take the lumps. But will I quit, well I am new and this is CCP's first blunder with me here. My SOE danger sense is going crazy, but I'll ignore it for now. This is currently the best game on the market, but if Devs keep up with this crap, well I will leave and I am sure I wont be the only one.

The dev have been punished. BoB have been told innocent by the actual Dev. They simply did not know anything!! So why bring out the pitchforks and the torches when its all been solved? Certainly CCPs handling of this has been quite poor, and a lot of people will have a very hard time trusting them on anything anymore. But I played a small backwater game before EVE where admin cheating was much more blatant, and I am extremely paranoid by default, and I believed all along that BoB was full of Dev alts, so really nothing at all has changed for me except for some suspicions being turned into facts. Does not change my game experience one bit. True, not nearly all people who won't quit are BoB alts. On your second comment, both sides seem to be doing this. First part gets called bob alts, dev alts, cheaters, sheep etc. And the other whiners, noobs, loosers... Lots of love in the air. Customers usually have 2 options to deal with the situation if they aren't happy about the way company they are investing their money in is running things. First, they can complain/protest on the official forums, in game and to outside media about it. Second is withdrawing your financial support from them (cancelling sub, asking credit card company to return the money invested if companys actions warrant it). Personally I found the way they dealt with this cheating incident not to my liking at all thus far and so I cancelled. No need to rehash that stuff here though, there's 99+ page long thread in the eve portal forum about it.

Had a good time, relaxed and enjoyed it all. Quit? Are you nuts? This is the best game I've played since my first internet access what? 10ish years ago? As for the nonsence this thread is based on. LOL. Life. I've watched people throw away $100,000 a year jobs because the wanted ***** around on a business accout. I've seen the guy that lost his job for 2 sirloin steaks on the excuse he needed to feed his family. (Those steaks cost him a $600 a week paycheck.) People do stupid things and hopefully they learn from them. What's happened here will happen again. Will happen in any game, any job, any political office. The effect on me? Not a thing. No lost Corpies, no lost roids, no lost ships, (at least as a result of this stuff). So no, I won't quit. I'll keep on having fun with friends and enjoying the beautiful graphics and using my grey matter to work with some very interesting game mechanics. To those that screwed up. Learn from it. To those that do leave, Your loss, good luck finding a place as perfect as you dream of. And to the rest..... Here's to good fights, Lots of isk and further improvements to the best Space game around. SYIG (See You In Game)

I'm afraid that for them the matter is closed and no official response will be made anymore. Problem for me is... how will they avoid it in the future? If another dev is caught for similar actions, will he be fired? Difficult to do as he did the same as t20 but t20 didn't get fired for it. So if they don't get fired for abuse, what's stopping them from doing it more and more from now on? CCP needs to send the correct signal, to the players AND to the other devs. There's no excuse, misconduct means only one thing: you're out. And when I'm putting my tinfoil hat a bit more firm on my head, I'm thinking that t20 knows about other devs that did similar things and threatened to spil the beans should they fire him. If he gets fired they have to fire the others too and if it's a big group, that's completely crippling your development team. So he can stay as long as he keeps quiet about the others. Why else would they keep a dev that misused his powers although they've always clearly stated that in such a case, the dev has to go.
