It makes no sense to me why you would see this as a good move. 4) Not at all, but as it ends up half of the posts on the topic end up as flaming and trolling with very little debate. C) the difference was in what they said. I would love if you could link or describe both posts and compare them. D) they SHOULD have banned him straight off, had they wanted to shut him up banning him seems counter-productive. New evidence usually does that in RL cases. -

Since your information ahs no specifics I can't accept it as 100% proof. I do not believe you are a lying however. So... CCP back me up here 8) my "disagreement was that they all cheat continusly. I dont doubt there might be a bad apple in ISD. ALL of them? or even more than a few? doubt that. 9) Because seems alot of people aren't interested in trusting CCP. So they are putting someone out there that we can learn to trust and then maybe he can restore our faith in CCP. Or at least how im taking it. 10) incompetence happens. people make mistakes. That would comfort me more. More clarity on it wouldn't hurt though. -

If you want to be picky about where you get your information thats fine. But the shield of "Chain of Evidence" is whats protecting an allince leadership that cheated. You have to use corroborating or you wont find anything. If police officers declined to investigate because there isnt a gun at the scene, we'd be in a real bad way. Its not going to come to you, and its not going to be easy to get. But frankly Knu gave you everything you needed on a gold plate and you ignored it because he got it underhandedly. What that equates to is that you know about the misconduct, and are making a choice to do nothing because the info comes from a smelly source. Your letting an alliance that has hurt EVE get away on a technicality. And that stinks. ASCN got smoked because the had poor fleets, fleet commanders, and discipline. I can smoke an opposing fleet 40 to zero too if they dont align, drop no bubbles on my fleet and loose all their tacklers within 30 seconds of the fight. I have yet to have anyone even LINK me a thread with this POS incident. -

I dont know that it WAS actually modded. The issue is that it was not actually real life information. Or not enough of it for any kind of reprimand. He called him by one of his character names which has part of his real life name in it. The information the mittani posted is much closer to being bannable but that too leaves a bit to be desired in terms of being ban-worthy. None of these people will bother to do ten seconds of research while they scream for a hanging -

The post in question is a post made by Molle that apparently contained name, address and place of work and molle asked people to call his workplace and get him fired. link please? -

It seems that the rule of NO personal information has been watered down in this case to allow a well known player to avoid any punishment, maybe you should investigate who decided to loosen the rules for this one particular leader of an alliance... Hardly a year ago. Get your facts straight. The CYVOK thing.. There are more and more people saying this was suspicious. An investigation is warranted imho. If there's proof that can BE CHECKED to show nothing out of the ordinary happened, its cleared. Until then most of BoD's movements and rumours SHOULD be investigated. The rest... well, i can't change what YOU think. Muthatrucka's questions and mine are relevant in my eyes. This thread is about getting questions answered. I want mine answered.
