Imperator Atlan and NOVA29r reported as scamming/not being real, so barring some explanation lets assume their bids do not exist.

if dont want to sell me your character it is your choise i am not going to deny it ) you can sell anything any one as afar as you pay transfer fee to CCP.
moreover i did not bid or expressed my will to buy your char
but !!! posting this black mail against me is against rules of the bazaar and will complain about it !
The people buying characters for stripping here started to use very bad competition tactics one is SLANDER and you most probably one of the chars belongs to those buyers !

If your a real bidder then fine - make your bids and I will just take a backup, but I can see you are bidding on almost every auction if you are the same person as Imperator Atlan, and it looked like you never actually pay the isk when you win the bid. If you do or if you are a different person then my humble apologies. I would rather not keep talking about this here you can PM me if you need to.
If one of those two characters wins the bid I will allow for a short period a few hours to expire and then move quickly to the next person who has the next highest bid, it is a waste of everyone's time to be making bids if you are not going to pay. If you are not doing that, my bad.
If that person who is saying you are scamming is just blowing smoke, sorry I listened to them, but from a quick look it does look like there are a lot of bids going out on every toon and not following up with payment when it is the highest bid. |

scamming is when charter you sold not being transfered when is sent or character does not reflect its advert.
what else you understand as scamming ?
there is actually very few ppl and few of their chars are bidding here on all of the sales - it is a result of injector/extractors were introduced to the game. and yes i do buy chars daily strip them sell injectors where you see it is against the rules?????

You overbid yourself with Imperator Atlan so nobody bid anymore and the thread does not get bumped... When the seller finally agree on your overbid, you retract and the seller want to accept the last bid. This might not be against the rules but it's a low level scum strategy.

Totally not against the rules. I just thought you were not actually paying when you won the bid, which is (would be) a pain. My bad for the misunderstanding. If your paying and making use of them, more power to you, I was under the impression you were not a real buyer because I saw auctions you won and the next lower bidder ended up winning and paying. I think the case you are the same person as Imperator Atlan is pretty hard to beat at this point, but more power to you.
If you want this 67.5M sp I can take a BO of 54B if my math is right on what the extractor/injectors would cost/sell for and cover the two plexes I have to buy. I think there is probably some added value to the fact this is a well crafted pilot and it would be very hard to buy the SP to recreate it. |

Unless CCP would change the bazaar rules nothing stops seller to sell his char for any amount of game currency at any time to any one and nothings stops me to bid furthermore nothings stops you to bid any of your b/o amount at any time. |
