Why, does it bestows them with superpowers? If you look at BoB I'm sure we'll agree that "normal players" might take the game just as seriously

Do you have evidence to support your claims ? If so, mail ccp and get something done. I may or may not agree, but basless accusations to try and support an argument is no way to debate.
Persistance in eve wins half the battle, the ruskies, love or hate them have alot more persistance than most players, which is why they are where they are - I imagine similar can be said about BoB too.
If you don't have the will to fight, you can do all the talking and whining on forums that you like - might makes right in 0.0, end of story.

Ironic how strongly you seem to dislike conjecture, yet you use it so casually.
I saw lots of BoB members saying "proof or STFU". Someone offered proof, and incidentally got banned for it. Now the "STFU" guys are pretty quiet. Took their own advice, you could say. Kinda took the bite out of the "proof or STFU" defense, tbh.

In what way would I have led you to believe I would be prejudicial against my fellow man for any reason? Certainly not by separation of clusters based on politics, that was the idea of the Chinese not Dotar Sojat. I merely suggested that we move the remainder of the people that are of the same geographic and political views to the same cluster, I didn't suggest ethnic cleansing.

This thread is about stopping isk sellers, if it is blatently obvious that most isk sellers come from socialist or post socialist geographic areas then proposing they all be placed on the same server does not constitute bigotry, instead it respects the boundaries that their own political beliefs have always sought to hold dear.
Step down from the soap box, the people posting here are working hard both in game and in real life to achieve what they have and desire to stop the cheaters and exploiters. Lead, follow or get out of the way.

Do RA run all the plex's in bob space and the north too ? i doubt it, and i know russians aren't the only people running complexes in 0.0, i run them too, and i don't sell isk for rl cash, so why label them with the brush unless you can prove it ?

I can't prove anything, I wasn't the one that said the Russians farmed the complexes nor am I the OP. I'm a latecomer, a mere proponent of wanting this game to be what we all know it can be.
I just gave another suggestion to add to my 3 year library of inflammatory ideas that would have probably helped something along the way if even a single one had been implemented even in part. At least twice a month I say to myself I'm never coming back to these forums, WTF am I doing here and why am I talking to myself?

Don't you get spammed all the time with evemail by isk sellers? That's the real problem.
If you have found overseer that spawns too frequent vs the other overseers of same level complex, please submit a bug report at bugs.eve-online.com

Well, there was that "state of the goonion" address or whatever it was called, where they talked about how well their GTC sales were going, and how "Zloba is a very pro guy who is ebaying".
It's funny how some people get blasted for accommodating isk sellers, when if the isk sellers themselves were targeted, there wouldn't be any for anyone to consider accommodating.

Actually this is what the rumours said before already.
You have to add that there was also fighting going on between him and other RAs, who came up with accusations of e-baying themselves.
One thing that's also true is that -V- sold out the 10/10 in Scalding Pass to Zloba, after Zloba and his former RA-mates started to shoot eachother, because -V- had no people to do the plex themselves.
So they got isk from him for running the plex and to prevent that RA was running it and using this isk against them in the war.
That's why I was laughing a bit about the thing with BoB. RA has complex farmers, BoB seems to have sold out to complex farmers, -V- has sold out to complex farmers and whoever else has done it too. Goonfleets seems to sponsor / have sponsored their alliance by the profits from being an official GTC reseller or having one in their alliance.
It's really funny somehow. You seem to have good guys and bad guys in any alliance or some who have different understandings of morale. So people who hate farmers, like them, do it themselves or just don't care. ( The don't care guys usually argue: The GMs haven't stopped him, so there is nothing to say against it and if we profit, it's fine. )

Period. Why? Because they just lose it by flying some sick T2 ship into the most nubly of pirate ambushes and lose it.
