Buttons to the left hand side of the HUD will not show at login if the old camera is selected and no active modules are fitted to your ship D-Scan: manually changing range value then pressing scan button does not change range. The overview may fail to refresh correctly while in space. When using the old camera, module buttons fail to allow deactivating modules after a jump. Umm overview is not fixed. At all. |

I've tried submitting 2 bug reports now, every single time the game just locks up for minutes until I have to manually kill the process I give up. |

Crosi Wesdo wrote:- New camera still requires 4x the mouse input to look up and down as it does to look left or right. That makes it completely unfit for my purposes as the primary input method for manually piloting.
- New camera zoom is still far too fast for ratchet-less scroll wheel mice. I agree with the first issue. That is very annoying. The 2nd issue I do not agree with. I suspect it adheres to your scroll setting in windows (I could be very wrong of course). I find it extremely useful to be able to zoom all the way out very fast. In fact if you zoom all the way in, it takes a scroll or two before actually starts zooming out again. Now that is annoying. The old camera had a very slow zoom so I guess it's a matter of getting used to it. As I enjoy fast scrolling in everything I do, it actually feels very natural to me to have it in EVE as well. |

Windows settings dont apply, if i turn my ratchet on it feels ok. But i enjoy the ratchet-less scroll for browsing chats and lists. if i get a good flick, i can scroll down the jita character list in one go. This might sound fast, but it was absolutely fine with the old zoom (because it was slow). With the new zoom the camera is just thrown in and out madly. You are correct though, there is also an acceleration to the new camera which takes a while to kick in, which just adds to the feeling that you are fighting against all the 'polish' ccp added to make the camera do what you want it to. I wont say literally unplayable. But if its harder to do the things i do just because CCP made design choices that make me worse at the game, i just might have to make some choices too. Ah the acceleration (movement, not scrolling) can actually be disabled completely, which I already did. Display & Graphics > Set Inertia to stiff. |

Sensor overlay bookmarks vanish into thin air if you; Open the map, open ship tree, open planet mode etc. Basically anything that causes loading and/or takes up the entire screen.
To get the bookmarks back, you have to dock. Not very handy in a WH I might add. |
