Scotsman Howard wrote:Is it normal that you have to wait for a fighters guns to stop cycling before you can give them another order?
What I mean is that when I give three squads orders to attack an NPC, if one of them gets the final blow, the gun cycles no longer are in sync with one another. I can then order the two other fighters to go attack the next target, but have to wait for the other fighters guns to start cycling before it will accept a new order and go to attack.
This is not a huge deal, but it means I have to basically spam the F1 key 3 seperate times to get my fighters to attack one target. Can fighters not act like drones in the way that you push a button and they move to attack. The guns still have the cycle time, but it makes it less click or button pushing intensive to make them all go somewhere.
Just a related question. Is it going to be possible for some fighters to run out of ammo while others have ammo left?
(Doesn't sound like Scotsman had this situation. But it might be possible to mistake out-of-ammo for cycling issues.) |

CCP Goliath wrote:Kieron VonDeux wrote:Client prompting "accept payment" of 900k ISK for installing a jump clone in stations when clicking "jump" for jumping to a different clone.
I'm trying to clone jump and the client seems to be asking me 900,000 isk to do that.
Edi: I'm not trying to install a clone via the med bay. When installing or leaving a clone behind, there is a 900,000ISK charge. This seems to be working as intended, but we worded the patch note concerning it very badly. This is being amended now, sorry for the oversight.
Ouch 900K for every clone jump? That is a BIG new ISK sink.
But hey its only about a once a day option. Everybody can earn that much quickly even noobs.
And its a great idea for forcing broke idiots outside hi sec to accept the coupe de grace from a helpful merc after their ship dies. No more cap race to outpost and "i'll be back after earning money in hisec"
Finally we can kill people out of null if we just make sure they have temping ships to buy and get killed. |

Milla Goodpussy wrote:why did you mess with jump clones home station settings?
i logged in and find my home station medical clones have now switched back to their default.
remember we only get once a year to change it.
i want my home station clone fixed.
Waiting to hear this was done by design for some big racial connected Empire event. Mass Extinction followed by Race to the prize for your homeland?
But more seriously, are you going to be able to restore medical clone positions etc? Or just give us a free move?
On the other hand it seems more like players over 1 month old should just eat the 900K cost to fix this quietly. I'd prefer CCP work on fixing more serious issues. And how many players under 1 month have made medical critical clone relocation? Mostly only alts of player for whom 900K is nothing. A really small player sacrifice for the good of the game. |

Was your Carrier stored in a non personal location? This would be include SMAs, Assembly Arrays or similar. If so this is correct, as the ship is corporately owned while in those locations. Nope, docked in a station normally.
Insured by someone else?
thinking that might cause it to look corp shared. Though I don't remember CCP saying that was a criteria for corp owned status. |
