CPP said 2 hours, so given all the gremlins that can appear last minute, I'm personally expecting 4 since this is a fairly intricate patch. |

Downtime will begin at the usual time of 11:00 UTC and will last for a total of 120 minutes, ending at 13:00 UTC. At tthis point we expect Tranquility to be back online and accepting connections

Top tip: Don't be amongst the first to log in, instead wait another 30-60 minutes and check the forums to see what colossal blunder is causing issues this time. Wouldn't be the first time POSes and whatnot turned on their owners. |

I have some inside information.
The Citadel Expansion resulted in the birth of true AI and resulted in the destruction of Jita. CCP then lost control of it and now it's targeting people with no friends in real life and over 1000 friends on facebook.

I solved it by playing before the patching started. Figured most would take the day of today for this very reason and luckily I where right and the wormholes where mostly empty of threats. Managed to score some nice loot too which was nice
I do think you are right in that it's probably best to let it settle before jumping in again. |

Speaking of the Wrecking Machine, did anyone notice that CCP Keytarist does the sexy lips really well? Also, that CCP Drummer Boy really nails the "it's hard to drum such a complicated beat" look that only can ever come with a certain amount of "what influenced the 80's"?
