Wizard Without Reason FATAL Alliance	Posted - 2007.02.20 13:03:00 - [1] Getting really fecked off with the turnaround on pertitions of l8. I actually pay real money to play this game not ingame isk for gametime codes like many ( effectivly playing for free ). Is it wrong to expect a far better replytime to pertitions being that im actually contributing direct money towards there wages? Loosing ships due to session change in progress is annoying to say the least Without Reason corp website ^^looking for a PvP corp with little stress then

I haven't had a response on my petition about my account being shorted 3 days. That is a classification of petition that should get an immediate (Or close to it) response. It deals with my actual wallet.

Only one time - with one in the 'other' category - did it take longer, about 2 hours. But I've never flown my ship into a situation where I could claim lag killed it. =AFK=

When I arrived in Perimeter, my hold was empty, for no reason at all. I petitioned it, because theres several dozen million isk worth of stuff there, but hey, I don't expect it back. I play this stupid game because i've got nothing better to do. WoW actually has excellent customer support, I've had a character deleted 6 monts prior to paging a GM restored within an hour. I've waited 2.5 weeks for my EVE petition to even be read by someone before I just gave up. -

Incorrect. Market and Trading petitions are also slow. (18 days and counting) Evemails & Corporation petition is also slow. (14 days. The issue has since gone away magically by itself so I deleted it without response). Account & Billing. (25 hours so far. These should be top priority.)
